Beaver's right. Animals Logic includes this with a bunch of other configurable options. Grateful to this mod-maker for all it's done, but I think it's time I upgraded.

i think i tried this last week and some animals still went down a level but i was testing a lot of mods so may have had it temporarily disabled - i'll try again but thanks for the info stag - it would be nice to know if it 100% can work in 1.2

Just for others, I added it on my existing save and it seems to be working without issues. Animal training decay interval is stuck on 8,4 days

Darthdud0 the rats are even better with the hunt for me and kill for me mods but you still need a few of them to be effective but it is always funny when a pack of rats kill a megasloth or raiders :D
