UPDATE - corrected a wrong value for sailors in lvl 3 CoTs and nerfed inflation bonus slightly from WorldTradeCenter. Im considering adding in a small defensive and unrest bonus to barracks as well as minor unrest and recruitment time bonus to forts. This will mean outdated forts still serve a purpose. thoughts?

UPDATE: fixed a bug whereby the Docks building got the wrong bonus.

@Kreg - glad you like it :) would love to hear more about how you experience playing with it, this game takes so long that its limited how much handson experience I can actually collect myself, so Im mostly relying on hands-off tests and gut feeling :)

New version up - bug fix and tweaks to build AI.
I like to pair this with tweaks to slower institutions spreads for non-Catholic/Protestant/Reformed religions, if people are interested I can release this as part of this mod ...or as a seperate one. Thoughts?

I expect to update tonight, I have fixed the workshop, nerfed the Farm to down to -5% dev bonus and generally tweaked the AI priorities some ...I just want to run some hands-off tests to verify it gives the desired results.

@Calvin J. Candie - some bonuses has been turned down, most have small additional effects, few have been outright boosted significantly such as some of the weaker manufactories and the prior sailor chain and government buildings. In general costs have been increased by about 0-25% while few buildings have been increased dramatically such as University which now costs 2000. One area where I do think something perhaps needs to be done, and has been on my mind all along is to tie this in with a general ´Increase Difficulty Mod´ Im looking at one here on the workshop at the moment, but might adapt it based on my own vision. If you are willing to give the mod a try I would love to hear both your (or anyone elses) feedback both in general and regarding the specific buildings and take on how it impacts wide vs tall etc.

The bonus sound quite OP unless you've significantly increased the building cost.
