Kad Sep 17, 2020 @ 9:25pm
wondering if this is compatible with GalexPK or GaPK who only changes the interior much as Shezries both do fantastic jobs many thanks to all of you

@ dodsonsr re request, sorry to butt in.
Yes, with Hearthfire DLC & this mod, you get garden, [or 'more garden' if you have it] as well as a generous 3 apiary's Hope that helped.

This is the best I have seen [so far] - the requested mill-stone would be hard to fit, but you get everything else the Hearthfire DLC's give. I love the seperate Greenhouse, bed, and storage. The roadway is lovely, as are the other touches around the property. Many thanks.
I have a query - general, about apiary's.
Do they ever increase in bee's and honey, it seems no matter how long I am away - and I have harvested the rest of the property, the bee's stay the same.
Is there a key to it ? a number I need to attain for action- or are they like that everywhere ?
[This is on normal Lakeview too].
dodsonsr Mar 20, 2017 @ 3:14pm
Does this make it so that you can make both an apairy and garden?
biltart_clorn Dec 29, 2016 @ 1:23pm
I like this mod, and the ideas behind it. Works perfectly, but I am going to unsubscribe because I like my unibomber cabins in the woods.Give me an eleven plot garden times three, and I am good.Thumbs up though.

I've had the same request Mr D. !
Back to MrDilly May 30, 2016 @ 4:39pm
I hate to ask this, but is it possible for you to move the out house like 5 feet closer to the house, or five feet away? My mod team made a mod called lakeview manor upgrades, which adds a wall to lakeview manor. The outhouse it right in the middle of the wall. Great mod, and I do not have any expectaions, just a request.

@ndybandstra
Seconded. That's all I want. I went to do it myself, but the CS isn't able to read some .cpp header files so the whole thing just crashes -.-

@gmstino,
I see you have had no answer, but I do not understand what you need exactly:
1. Help with Building Lakeview?
2. Help with installing this mod?
You have Hearthfire Installed? You need it to build Lakeview, and lots of Iron! ;-)
If you have Lakeview build. Or are building it, press the green “Install” button under the Mod pictures.
I can guarantee you from experience: this is an absolute clean and wonderful mod. I have in- and uninstalled it many times and it always works! As are two of the others.
The “Armory” is the only one that does NOT work -on my PC-, no matter how often I start a new game.

Greetings

What is your first Language?

Very nice and thanx for removing the necromancer alter it reall spoiled the view. I think a little more farmable land would be nice and a flowermill. A Roman style bath would also be great.
Zeeria Oct 4, 2015 @ 11:03am
I love this mod, it's amazing! Thank you!:steamhappy:
ndybandstra Jul 30, 2015 @ 6:15am
I would like a mod which just adds a fish hatchery to lakeview manor
Statman Jun 30, 2015 @ 2:16pm
'For when you want to sleep under the stars' ... or when you have been caught getting 'friendly' with the steward and want nothing cutting off
Thunderer Apr 19, 2015 @ 12:57pm
Excellent mod! Makes Lakeview even more pleasant. However I have one small request. Could you move the outhouse to just behind the stable? In its current spot it's stuck in the wall I have.
aghlt1 Feb 18, 2015 @ 4:22am
I have subscribed to this mod. I love it. I was wondering where is the outhouse? I also have subscribed to the upgrade to Lakeview Manor with the wall and such but cannot find the outhouse you mention. please help me find it
Road Kill Jan 3, 2015 @ 4:45pm
Excellent mod if you dont want to add the greenhouse to your manor or need more planters. I would like to see some sort of container at the island camp in the future. Keep up the good work!
Gol Zin Viing Nov 1, 2014 @ 8:29am
I also run the kakeview mani\ot Upgrades mod and this mofworksvery well with that ....the only problem I see is the Outhouse is IN one of the periimeter walls rendering it unusable moving the outhouse forward to the front edge of the stable would solve this.....otherwise this mod works perfectly and the 2 mods together really add to that house......My PC is Drachis Argonian and he's not to comfortablearound Humans...He can tolerate the Guards the Jarl provides with the Upgrades mod as they help tokeep his family saf e when he's not home.....Great Mod!
jnanderson Oct 29, 2014 @ 1:03pm
Amazing mod but for a few minor issues. The mod's presence turns off the back door over the storage room, turns off outdoor furniture, and sets up an extra apiary. I do otherwise love this mod. Is there a way to fix the furniture and the door?
Blade Oct 19, 2014 @ 9:20pm
Great mod, really enhances the environment and adds some great details and added extras. Thanks jecoil.

To the gamers: this mod is compatible with the 2 other main Lakeview mods, Lakeview Manor Expansion and Quest, and Lakeview Manor Upgrades (the fortified wall). There are no glitches.

However there are two 'mesh conflicts', firstly the 'dunny' (latrine) is on the same line as the fortified wall, it's not too bad though, secondly the new vendor/blacksmith house is right next to the fortified wall exterior partially covering the main entrance by the horse cart. It doesn't conflict as such it is just right next to it and it looks out of place.

The best combo is this one and the Lakeview Manor Upgrades or this one and the Lakeview Manor Expansion and Quest, but not all three.

Personally I like the fortified wall, it seems natural for an isolated manor containing valuables to be protected. I also like the greenhouse and the water features at the lakes edge from this mod.
BlackJack1945 Oct 18, 2014 @ 6:55pm
Wheres the greenhouse? i built the garden but i cant find the greenhouse? do i have to sacrafice bedrooms?
darktona75 Sep 25, 2014 @ 3:19pm
i love the mod but need to know how to get rid of it since it will not go with any of the other mods i would like to get
Gol Zin Viing Aug 31, 2014 @ 10:15am
Seems I'm the only one commenting lately...sigh....I'm still half expecting the Necromancer's to return and look very LOST without theiraltar down below I know they probably wont sim\nce the creator of the mod would have removed their Spawn pointbut I would Imagine game timewise that alter would have been there for hundreds of years until Falkreath was established and the Jarl sold this land to the DB. I almost actually miss them.....But my arrows and bolts never did.
Gol Zin Viing Aug 29, 2014 @ 3:50pm
(again sorry for TP)I didnt notice this slight bug right away because it was VERY well hidden...The outhhouse by the stable IS in theFortification wall it could comeforward to line up with the Edge of the Stable and it would be fine.....Tho I imagine Argonian refuse like most reptilian refuse is a very small amount and not notoiceable.
Gol Zin Viing Aug 29, 2014 @ 2:42pm
( sorry for DP)there is still about 4 " game feet" at the ends of the stable before you'd hit the next tree.....Rescueing Shadowmere should be part of the Destroying quest! ( I cant mod worth crap)....My PC likes his privacy too since he is Drachis Argonian Nord humans and Elves ( Orcs a bit too) are as alien to him as he is to them so he keeps his mate and kids far from cities and towns. GREAT MOD!!!
Gol Zin Viing Aug 29, 2014 @ 2:31pm
Bravo! Great mod!! Just what I was looking for for my PC's Lakeview home. I also run the Lakeview Upgrades mod which adds fortifications and Guards and the Storefront Mod which give his mate a stand in the front yard to sell thingsand what this mod adds to that meshes very well....the only problem I found was the Stable needs to be LARGER ( most players have one horse ( the one the Steward would sell them) My PC has 2 ( he "rescued" Shadowmere" from the DORK Brotherhood when he destoyed them)
Djeb Jul 23, 2014 @ 8:10am
I don't really like the fact that I'm the only person in skyrim with an outhouse. Seems out of place, even if it makes sense. Almost unlorefriendly...
I want copyrights on that word...
Vergildnc Jul 4, 2014 @ 8:57pm
Great mod but conflict with Lush Grass mod
Grass floating in the road to Greenhouse
Red Jenny Jun 29, 2014 @ 11:04am
Absolutely love this mod! Adds so much to what was already my favorite house!
liliame33210 Jun 27, 2014 @ 12:41pm
Is there a conflict with other mod?
for the path near the greenhouse, I guess you're digging the ground
I see the new path, but there are still plants the old ground, it seems to float one meter above the ground.
I disabled the mod for better grass, tried to change the order of the files, I still have plants in the empty

sorry for my bad English, google trad
Yazminty Jun 3, 2014 @ 5:17pm
You can skip out on the high material cost to build the greenhouse by building the garden and then subscribing to this mod. The greenhouse will already be built. I accidentally found this out because I removed all mods and restarted the game and then realized how much I missed this one particular mod so I re-downloaded it and the greenhouse was already there.
RedRum2514 Jun 3, 2014 @ 12:11am
porta potty!
jamiemahoney May 11, 2014 @ 7:39am
Nice mod, one slight gripe. The woodcutter with the Woodman's Friend Axe is now on the road, next to the statue, rather than among the trees as usual.
reverendsholiday Mar 23, 2014 @ 4:54pm
It would be nice if this home had a hot bath area, I added a mod for a different hearthfire house, H....something, rather not misspell it, lol. I have your original add plants mod with blueberries and stoneflowers, still growing, but sadly I can only use them for decoration, they don't show in inventory when I am cooking or alchemy receipes. Other cool plants would be Yellow Bog Beacon, Fungus Stalks and Elfs Ear, to plant & use in receipes & as ingredients. I love your Mods.
Yazminty Mar 20, 2014 @ 9:47am
I *think* this mod causes the recipe for the gardens on the other two hearthfire houses to need the same materials. There is a chance it's another mod, I have way too many right now.
GorillaGamer Feb 23, 2014 @ 6:26am
my dog sleeps there
GorillaGamer Feb 23, 2014 @ 6:26am
dude i love the dog house he now sleeps there :)
River_Smith Feb 19, 2014 @ 4:07am
I love this.
I was looking for a mod to make a road to my manor and this took care of it, with lots of other beautiful stuff. Greenhouse/mancave/doghouse is awesome. Love the statue. Dock and the island camp are cool too, and a fireplace on the cliff north from house. I like them all.
And there's still plenty of stuff to work on at the manor.
-Only negative thing I found is that you can get stuck in the outhouse. Bigtime. xD Crouch-strafe was the trick to get me out of there. I think I'm gonna keep doing my private businesses in the woods. ;)
DH-Mix2014 Jan 24, 2014 @ 1:31pm
I am also very interested in the main hall library addition as it does feel like a lot of wasted space when you build the bedroom wing. (it says hidden or lacking permissions)
123 Jan 24, 2014 @ 9:05am
I noticed that you have a mod for a library in the entryway but it wont let me view it as its hidden...are you going to share that eventually as well or maybe add it on the second floor over the storage room?
Fleur_sombre Jan 12, 2014 @ 8:47pm
It would be nice to add a grain mill
Fat Traveler Jan 5, 2014 @ 4:39pm
This is a great great house Mod, doesnt go overboard and still adds so much. PS is there anyway the mainhall library could be updated again.
›› Malibu Staceyy . Jan 2, 2014 @ 4:22am
This is beautiful and pretty much perfect. I felt rather awkward walking home to visit family and passing a sacraficial altar not far from where the adoptables were playing. :) Thank you kindly.
robinclayton79 Dec 19, 2013 @ 12:32am
awesome work!!!!!!!!!! like !!! like !!!! from me. seems too work with the light mod and the one that adds the wall upgrade. the only prob is the outhouse is lost and one of the bee hives is half way in the wall. but looks ok even with wall. the wall runs along where the outhouse ie positioned. i would love too see the outhouse moved over by the right side of the barn!LOL. coming from someone who has no idea what goes into these mods. if i had money id donate !!!!!!!!great work. thx for making my perfect world even better. i cant wait for the simulation goggles too put me in my world forever!!!!!!!!!!!
Kalla Lightheart Dec 17, 2013 @ 2:33pm
ok, i am going to try this mod but i have one that adds lanterns around the area, another that gives you a wall around Lakeview & anotther that gives you an attic too & another one that removes that creepy altar & puts a firepit with some sitting benches around it instead. i'll let you know if they conflict :)
