Yes, with Hearthfire DLC & this mod, you get garden, [or 'more garden' if you have it] as well as a generous 3 apiary's Hope that helped.
This is the best I have seen [so far] - the requested mill-stone would be hard to fit, but you get everything else the Hearthfire DLC's give. I love the seperate Greenhouse, bed, and storage. The roadway is lovely, as are the other touches around the property. Many thanks.
I have a query - general, about apiary's.
Do they ever increase in bee's and honey, it seems no matter how long I am away - and I have harvested the rest of the property, the bee's stay the same.
Is there a key to it ? a number I need to attain for action- or are they like that everywhere ?
[This is on normal Lakeview too].
Seconded. That's all I want. I went to do it myself, but the CS isn't able to read some .cpp header files so the whole thing just crashes -.-
I see you have had no answer, but I do not understand what you need exactly:
1. Help with Building Lakeview?
2. Help with installing this mod?
You have Hearthfire Installed? You need it to build Lakeview, and lots of Iron! ;-)
If you have Lakeview build. Or are building it, press the green “Install” button under the Mod pictures.
I can guarantee you from experience: this is an absolute clean and wonderful mod. I have in- and uninstalled it many times and it always works! As are two of the others.
The “Armory” is the only one that does NOT work -on my PC-, no matter how often I start a new game.
Greetings

To the gamers: this mod is compatible with the 2 other main Lakeview mods, Lakeview Manor Expansion and Quest, and Lakeview Manor Upgrades (the fortified wall). There are no glitches.
However there are two 'mesh conflicts', firstly the 'dunny' (latrine) is on the same line as the fortified wall, it's not too bad though, secondly the new vendor/blacksmith house is right next to the fortified wall exterior partially covering the main entrance by the horse cart. It doesn't conflict as such it is just right next to it and it looks out of place.
The best combo is this one and the Lakeview Manor Upgrades or this one and the Lakeview Manor Expansion and Quest, but not all three.
Personally I like the fortified wall, it seems natural for an isolated manor containing valuables to be protected. I also like the greenhouse and the water features at the lakes edge from this mod.
I want copyrights on that word...
Grass floating in the road to Greenhouse
for the path near the greenhouse, I guess you're digging the ground
I see the new path, but there are still plants the old ground, it seems to float one meter above the ground.
I disabled the mod for better grass, tried to change the order of the files, I still have plants in the empty
sorry for my bad English, google trad
I was looking for a mod to make a road to my manor and this took care of it, with lots of other beautiful stuff. Greenhouse/mancave/doghouse is awesome. Love the statue. Dock and the island camp are cool too, and a fireplace on the cliff north from house. I like them all.
And there's still plenty of stuff to work on at the manor.
-Only negative thing I found is that you can get stuck in the outhouse. Bigtime. xD Crouch-strafe was the trick to get me out of there. I think I'm gonna keep doing my private businesses in the woods. ;)
