Well done, friend!
I saw your post on the Bethsoft forums, and unfortunately it indeed looks like the Special Edition CK isn't available to the public yet. However, feel free to redistribute / modify this however you'd like, with or without credit. It's just a simple esp plugin that modifies a few global variables, so I imagine it will be compatible with the Special Edition as-is - if not, porting it over should be very easy.
If you load up the current CK and inspect the plugin (right-click > details on the "load plugin" screen, iirc), you should see the variables you need to modify - these will be under something like "Gameplay > Global Variables" in the top menu (again, if I recall correctly - it's been a few years!)
Failing that, I'll simply make my own with yours as reference, but I get the feeling it would be much simpler/faster if you simply ported yours, as I have done zero Skyrim modding.
I was wondering how tricky it'd be to change that cursor. Maybe a... V centered a littler higher than the current cursor or perhaps two dots one for base melee and another for the raised projectiles (spells/arrows).
You're my hero for making this. I've been messing with the .ini all day trying to resolve the auto aim, and voila, you've already sorted it. Makes actually getting better at bows possible!
