@ShamMoo yes you can. though it is a bit complicated:
go into <wherever your steam user folder is installed, on Linux its ~/.local/share/Steam, on Windows I think it's in C:/Users/<user>/AppData/[don't remember which folder here]/Steam>/steamapps/workshop/content/<user-id>/1511058862/Data/Objects/Database/ShapeSets/parts.json (i think the path is correct, if not, just look in there for the parts.json file)
in that file look for the "conventional warhead" section (just Ctrl+F and search for it), and in the json obj look for obj->scripted->data->destructionRadius and change that to whatever you want.
