The Algonquian federation requiring an accepted culture of all 3 is a little tedious. Perhaps something more Ai friendly would be nice, like owning a province from each culture area.

Look forward to updates and perhaps other culture formables.
Greater Iroquoian federation or something for the Sonoran or Siouan cultures.

1. could you update to 1.29, and 2. could you possibly make a version where the natives don't start as OP, so its more interesting to play them? Basically a version with the base game map or something similar, but keeping everything else.

Thank you for doing this. I've attempted to revamp the Americas before but I never finished. I'm glad there is some updated alt-history flavor to the Americas.
