I'm all for visability in those dark caves and such, but I think this mod misses the point of the original light spells. The lighting from those spells are designed in such a way to add to the immersion of the game. If everything lit up like the sun after casting candlelight in a cave, you wouldnt feel like you were traversing a spooky dungeon, this is the same reason the torch doesnt light up much further than 10 feet in front of you, its all about immersion and feel.

That being said, the mod does what it does well, althought it conflicts with my improved magearmor mod, not in a bad way though, this mod overrides the 5min duration from the previous mod and changes it to 10mins.

Mod sucks without the ability to turn it off

Dear Jinamgo, if you dont mind I would suggest you provide the mod with configuration book (or altar in some temple of light, creativity ftw), so that people can adjust their radii or keep the original magelight colour. There are plenty of mods that have this capability and they are usually ranked the highest.

This might take a wile to do, as im prepping for exams right now, but stay tuned!

The color conflicts with my RCRL mod and makes it very, VERY orange... un-subbing, unfortunately.

Any chance you could have an in-game book to set out own custom colors? That would please everyone, I think. If having fully-customizable red/yellow/blue sliders are too difficult (I don't know anything about modding, so I don't know what's possible), maybe just have a book with a dozen or so different colors to choose from? Not only could you have default blue, light blue, white light orange, warm orange, etc... you could have crazy colors like green and pink. :D

Another vote for bigger radius, otherwise lovely though I may go for the 20 min variant.

The radius is increaced from 450 to 600, however if your request is popular enough il do it :D
