Does not work at all. No matter what I do.

Camera stays at the default chest level no matter what my characters height is

Doesn't seem to work quite right. Every High elf i make just shrinks to standard 1.0 size. if i try to fix it by changing my height, the first person camera shrinks down to vanillia size and my height will revert back to 1.0 after i load into a new area
