Best Mod for this Game. Perfect home for one who keeps everything.. Thank You
The Vibe Nov 16, 2015 @ 5:52pm
it litterally can hold every armor and weapon in the game in storage. I just tried it, that proves you have alot of space for your things. the map marker looks like a dwemmer ruin. but the dragon priest mask bust doesn't work when you put all the masks on it, the dragon's head is supposed to open and reviel the last mask. and sorry for people who never achived this but its true.

Awesome Mod!! I've been looking for a mod that did thisall of this! Only tweaks i would make: 1.Replace the normal forge with the Skyforge 2.Add the sorting for the rings, necklaces, and circulets 3.Add a door or trap door that links you to Breezehome 4.Add planters so i can grow whatever plant i want along with the plants the room comes with.

@TheBannedConsole

Pass through Riverwood from the Whiterun side, and as soon as you pass through and get to where the guards sleep outside the entrance on that end, cross the river and you will find it. Look for a door as you will not see a building. Just a door.

I used TES5Edit to fix it. Search for Gold Ingot (EditorID IngotGold). If there is a record called "not playable", simply delete this entry.
In the Creation Kit you had to set the Mark at Playable.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, I can't find it!
thomas.lembke.hoexter Jul 15, 2014 @ 2:07pm
A little Question, why are the gold ingots marked as "not playable" in ths Mod? Without this the gold ingots will reappear. :-)

Finally. I have search and searched for a mod like this. I usually get my mods for Nexus, and this will be the 2nd one from Steam, and I now have a whopping total of 92 mods now.

But again, finally. A great place with tons of mannequins, weapon plaques, storage, and no servants, no followers and no bards. Thank you for that.

I would like to make a request though. On the outside, can there be a plantable plot for I love to plant my ingredients. Second, is there a way on some of the walls on the hallway, that you add holders for the black books, elder scrolls, dragon claws, and other stuff like that.

I just adore this mod, and have been looking for something in Riverwood, as this is the first city/town one visits after Helgen. Thank you for all your time and effort that went into making this mod. I realize that this mod is not a new one, but it is new to me, and I hope you will take my requests into consideration.

Awesome home for this player.

Always not of reponce thank you for your subscribers

Maybe you've answered those in this kind of position .. I subscribed to your mod for one reason, your armory, which is what I expected, and I'm surprised. I thought of having the privilege to finally see the models with the human form, in positions warriors and not those horrible wooden thing. Reponce a thank you.
friendly

I've written to the page of More Smelting Recipes, maybe the authors figure out something.
kannenfahder Sep 22, 2013 @ 5:04am
Okay, this is just odd. I scrolled down and read what Kultag said about having More Smelting Recipes 1.1, and that having that directly above the Halls mod on the load order made the ingots reappear. Well...I didn't have the Smelting mod. But, I went and got it, and loaded it right above the Halls mod, and tada, the ingots are magically there in my inventory.

Really glad of that fix, this is by far the best house mod out there, imo. Thrilled to find a solution.
kannenfahder Sep 22, 2013 @ 4:35am
Any other solution to the disappearing gold ingots, other than to move the mod around in the mod list? I've tried moving it all over my mod list and nothing is fixing the issue. I've even ran my game with nothing but this mod turned on and still have the issue with the gold ingots disappearing.

One of the coolest mods in Skyrim!
Kristina Jul 27, 2013 @ 4:07pm
@Kultag - it would seem that's possible. Like you, I have no modding experience. I tried fiddling with moving mods around and had no further issues with gold ignots. If I do, I'll post. Otherwise I think we should perhaps chalk it up to an oddity with a known fix. =-)
Kultag Jul 21, 2013 @ 5:17pm
I haven't ever installed one of these. If you have some time, maybe you could also find out which is the mod that is the critical, where placing the Halls right before / after it makes the ingots appear / disappear.

I'm afraid it is possible that it is not that simple that if it affects smelting or gold ingots, than that might be the one. Probably there can be codes or data or whatever that doesn't seem to do anything in the game, was just forgotten in the mod by someone, others copied it, and now it causes problems. I can't tell if it's even possible, I've never made or modified a mod, I don't even have the Construction Kit. But what's obvious is that there must be something in common with your installed mods and my ones that causes problem here. I can't really write anything more constructive than this right now. :-( Maybe it's not even the conflict of 2 mods, but 3 or more?
Kristina Jul 21, 2013 @ 3:38pm
@Kultag - I've never downloaded anything like that. I ran a search using that term and looked at all mods involving smelting recipes, none of them are anything I've even tested. Now, Colored Dragonscale Armor does affect smelting by allowing you to turn other kinds of dragon scales (Blood, Frost, Elder, Ancient) into regular scales. That's all I can think of. The mod Mastercraft (EN) is all about additional items you can forge or create, but I don't think it affects smelting in any way. However, you may want to check that one too.

Thanks for looking at this!
Kultag Jul 21, 2013 @ 3:10am
@Walt and Krissy: The only mod me too have that you list after the Halls is More Dragon Loot, but placing the Halls right before or after it made no difference (I _had_ the ingots in both cases). I also have from your list the Unlimited Bookshelves (came with Dovahkiin's Basement), Run For Your Lives, and Spend Dragon Souls for Perks.

However, I found the mod, that makes the gold ingots disappear / reappear if I place the Halls right after / right before it respectively: More Smelting Recipes 1.1 which I installed from Steam.

Krissy, have you ever subscribed to this mod? Do you have any of your mods that also affect smelting? I will write to that mod's comments when we have a more clear picture.

Also, I made screenshots of my full inventory to find out if anything else was missing. Obviously I didn't have every item present in the game with me, but I had roughly 200 different items for thousands of weight units, and from these nothing was missing other than the gold ingots.
Guggelhopf Jul 21, 2013 @ 1:10am
Really like it, but when i stroe all the smithing items, the gold ingots vanish and don't get into the ingots crate.
Kristina Jul 14, 2013 @ 12:53pm
@Kultag, here's what I use: Advanced Mannequins v 1.1, Unlimited Bookshelves, Dragon Bone Weapons Complete, Colored Dragonscale Armor, Food Revisions by Cupcake King, Mastercraft (EN), (Voidcraft) Optic Nature Pack, Water and Terrain Enhancement Pack, Details Mine Map Markers, The Cartographers Map Markers, Run For Your Lives, The Paarthurnax Dilemma, Beginners Shack, Item Sorting, Immersive Saturation Boost, Spend Dragon Souls for Perks.

Then The Halls is loaded.

After Halls (keep in mind, originally I didn't have a problem so I'm thinking our culprit is one of these), I loaded: More Dragon Loot, Left Hand Rings, Skyrim - Elementals, Legendary Gaulder Amulet, Sexy Mannequins - Vyktoria, More Summonable Creatures, I Yield I Yield, All 3 of the Unique Skull Collections (blue, green, red), and Stones of Barenziah - Droppable.

Hope this helps!!
Karrion Jul 11, 2013 @ 8:24am
why dont you open the dragon mouth so people can use the center dragon priest mask bust
DeadButDreaming Jul 9, 2013 @ 10:25am
I've tried multiple plaques, cases and racks for the two items but have the same results. Found a Ghost Blade that this is happening with also. I've just been laying them at the mannequins feet for now.
Kultag Jul 9, 2013 @ 7:33am
@Krissy: If you have fewer mods than my 140+ maybe you should list it, than I could look up what I use, too. This way we could find out what causes the disappearance with less effort, and help Walt and/or the other modder to fix their things. I can list my things of course.

@thomas.lembke.hoexter. thx for the feedback and the info. it will be in the next update which should be in the next day or 2 (once i figure out DeadButDreaming's problem)
walt619  [author] Jul 8, 2013 @ 1:37pm
@DeadButDreaming. im not having a problem with the ebony blade or skull of corruption staying on the plaques i tried. is it any plaques in particular or is it all of them?
walt619  [author] Jul 8, 2013 @ 1:35pm
@DeadButDreaming. thx for the feedback and ideas. i spent a whole week trying to get necklace/amulet dsplays to work but it was just to buggy. mannequins were flying all over the place. (i had mannequins sunken into stone tables with just the head and shoulders showing. was cool when they stayed in place).
walt619  [author] Jul 8, 2013 @ 1:28pm
@Kultag.Thx for the feedback and great work finding a solution to the problem, much appreciated. i have no idea why thats happening, nothing in the mod should affect your inventory. (except the autosort obviously :-)).i dont want to go digging around looking for the reason and end up breaking something else. this is the first mod ive done so my skills are limited.
i'll add a note in the description to have near the top of the load order
DeadButDreaming Jul 7, 2013 @ 5:53pm
after spending some time playing with arranging my loot in the mannequin room i noticed a couple of the daedric items don't work with the wall plaques or weapon racks. The items i'm having issues with are the Ebony Blade which just drops to the floor like i dropped it from inventory and the Skull of Corruption which will hang until you leave. when you reenter it is sitting on the floor.
DeadButDreaming Jul 4, 2013 @ 6:57am
Oh, yeah and the auto sort option is genius.
DeadButDreaming Jul 4, 2013 @ 6:51am
I love the layout and display capabilities of this house. It is almost exactly what I was looking for. Tons of mannequins, display cases and wall plaques, absolutely perfect for someone like me who can't seem to sell anything I don't already have on display :)
I know everyone has suggestions for tweaks or additions so here are mine :P
I'd like some where to display rings and necklaces/amulets, when I use the glass cases for them they appear on top of the glass after leaving and reentering.
Also the Elder Scrolls you get from the Dawnguard DLC fall through the tables in the library after reentering the home, not sure if there is a fix for that.
Excellent mod dispite my pickieness, definately recommended! Thanks for the great work.
Kristina Jul 3, 2013 @ 6:26pm
Kultag - thank you! I noticed all my gold ignots disappeared the second I picked them up and could not figure out why. I moved this mod way up on my list and it fixed the problem. Weird though, because I'd created some gold items while in the house itself, so at one time it didn't eat your ignots. Huh. Either way, thanks for pointing it out. Easy fix.
thomas.lembke.hoexter Jul 3, 2013 @ 8:06am
I Have a problem with AFT (Amazing Follower Tweak) : The game dos not recognize this as a player home. So i cant use it for my Companions. This is because this building has no Location. To solve this simply Create a new Location, Parent Location RiverwoodLocation,
At Editor ID (down left) insert : LocTypeDwelling, LocTypeHouse, LocTypePlayerHouse.
After finishing that go to the Interiors List and then set lhe Location of the Interior to your new createt Location. Now the game Recognises the Halls as a Player Home and everything is fine. Besides of that little glitch, very nice mod!
Kultag Jun 30, 2013 @ 10:29am
Excellent addition. I've met a strange compatibility bug though: when your mod is loaded last or towards the last places, gold ingots disappear from my inventory. The weight still registers, as I'm carrying 1559 units both ways. Now I load Hall of the Dovahkiin right after the stuff that _has_ to loaded first (Dawnguard, unofficial community patches, Apachii Hair, and a few more), and now it works fine, the gold ingots returned. I have about 140 mods, so for figuring out which is the mod it has to be loaded before, I demand a real gold ingot. :-) Any idea what could cause this strange incompatibility? Also note that I haven't checked the full inventory for other missing things, I just got aware of the missing gold bars because of Midas Magic.

I need a housemaid.. my followers got into a fight and now the kitchen is a bit of a mess.
Hagar Jun 16, 2013 @ 11:39pm
Thanks Krissy....will play.
Kristina Jun 16, 2013 @ 3:37pm
wolf - if you move the cursor over the item and hold down 'E' for a couple seconds before releasing, you can move the item around. It's a little floppy, you need patience to set stuff on shelves or tables upright, but it can be done. Kinda funny doing this with dead bodies. People, including enemies, get all upset.
