Does each Ultimatum of Finality persist throughout the entire campaign, accumulating with each scenario? Or is it used once per scenario and then removed? If I use Ultimatum of Disaster, does a random basic weakness get permanently added to the deck??

The original post appears to now have 60 cards. Any chance the rest will be added to your mod eventually?
