You have to use the tool on the robots you spawn but pose them first because for me if i move them when the eyes are glowing the eyes dont move with the robot they just stay there

@SawBones I dont think the robots have their eyes glowing once you spawn them. so you use the tool to make their eyes glow.

Excellent work! But,i just noticed a bug (or something you might add on the future),when you move the head of a robot with the eye glow,the eyeglow don't move with his head so well i need to remove it and re add it :P

It should work just fine with all of the enhanced bots, except for the Spy, whose eye attachments are inside his head for some reason.

That's a problem with the eye glow effect Valve made. I'll see what I can do, but there's no guarantee I'll be able to fix it.

BUG REPORT:
The removal does not work properly. While the removal does remove most of the primary glow, there appears to be a faint secondary glow that is not properly removed and proceeds to hang there in the air. Could you fix this?
