Can you also add a ship registry number. So the 11:th ship of buildt should be USS 11?

Carriers should change from "jubilant" to "ju-bil-i-ant" to reference Space Empires III

Nice, would you mind to add compatibility for DNC mod ? This is way more compatible then NSC.
