Man, I wish Garry's Mod would keep the Jalopy's engine rattle animation. I loved it.

i was confused for a second if this was an addon or Not , and though it was a Gmod Update and the game added that to the Half life vehicles

We can enable the fan animation with easy animation tool, But It's buggy. Wheel doesn't spin.
