a few things to add and keep in mind. Allow her to gain sanity for every gem she "consumes" this way she can gain something from them instead of just being an item she has. Stronger hit damage with just fists. More health less sanity feeling like just switching them makes more sense as she is one of the strongest hunters in the world.
