Removing abandoned/discontinued mods and adding new ones!

I see, is there any way to check in game if the mods have loaded correctly? Like a console command or something.

no, thats not wrong, but after installing all the subscribed mods, before executing the game,
(so you start the game launcher, you wait until every mod is installed, then you close it)
you have to execute boss program, same with tes5edit.
they dont work automatically when the game is launched.

Hmm, I've downloaded everything (Including the DLC) but still the mods that add or alter items in game are not appearing. Is there a specific order I must do things in? The order in which I did things was this:

Subscribe (Download) to Mods
SKSE install
BOSS
TES5Edit

Is that worng or?

Most of the Town and village graphic mods are really bugged. There is tree and bushes in the middle of building.

I'm a bit bussy these days, a major update will come soon, with character (hair,body, etc) mods and more.

not all mods need all dlcs, some needs only one, some any. throwable waepons and armorer horses should work. maybe open cities is the problem, I had problems with open cities. try to disable it and install the rest. I also disable some of the enhancement village and cities mods, they are nice but not necessary ^^ maybe if I had a better GPU they'll work better hehe

This has been a massive help thank you, do I need the dlc for all of the mods or just the ones that say I do? I only ask because mods like faster horses and throwable weapons don't seem to be loaded. In any case, thank you muchly for the assistance.

Keep one collection this is alrdy pretty good.

I started this Collection beacuse search and install mods in the workshop is annoying. so the point of this collection is to regroup the better mods of skyrim.

It's going to be a big list , so I am hesitating... Do I separate the collection in two?
"Master Gameplay Enhancement Collection" and "Master Total Enhancement Collection"
or similar. What do you think about that?

for now I won't change anything, but in the future, with more than 200 mods, maybe is necessary.

eah sure! first you need SKSE, is a script extender plugin --> http://skse.silverlock.org
download the 7z file and extract in temporary place, then copy/paste the files in the skyrim folder (not in Data folder).

you also need all the official Skyrim DLCs (Hearthfire, Dragonborn and Dawnguard).

Download BOSS --> http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6
Is a program that auto-orders the .esm and .esp load list for better compatibility.

You can also download TES5Edit and "clean" the mods --> http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/25859
(if you subscribed to all the collection is strongly recomended).

I hate to be a pain, but I'm new to this style of modding (granted my only previous knowledge of modding is Minecraft which is simple as baking a one flavour pie) and I don't know if I've installed the mods correctly. You see, I merely subscribed to all the things in this pack and that is all. A lot of the mods are missing and I'm unsure what else I must do. Would you be able to provide assistance?

mmm that didnt happend to me ^^ at least not yet, who knows.

It was the Direwolves in skyrim mod, there is a direwolf follower just outside riverwood.

I think thats not a mod, its a daedra quest. in this list of mods there is no one that adds followers (if I am not mistaken ^^)

Thanks, what mod is it that gives you that direwolf that follow you around cause i think its broken on my end it does not attack but it tanks everything kinda removing the fun of combat. I just want to remove it.

you didnt had dragonborn? man, having all official dlcs is strongly recommended.

it crashes... but i installed dragonborn DLC now it all works well i just dont use open ciries..

I dont know if a understood right your probem, you installed open cities and now the game crashes? or the game crashes when you try to load a save game?
Use BOSS for a good .esp/.esm load order. also you can trye to clean the mods with tes5edit.
I reccommend to have various saves when using a lot of mods, because they usually crash ^^ I have like 20 :D

this is for open cities. ok i logged out in the city like it said not to before it reset itself now i cant log the game in crash instanly.. anyway to fix this?
