Um, just go to Markarth and get the ring of Numinina, then you can eat all the people you want, if you have the ring equiped, you can de-equip it when you don't want to feed so you don't have that option show up everytime you loot. again, Markarth, Hall of The Dead, if you need more detail go to a wiki page.

I was very confused when I couldn't find the race in the chaarcter builder... shows what I get for only skimming the description, haha! Mods works wonderfully, and I like how you've implemented stats from wendigo lore. Also enjoying that freed-up ring slot, now that I don't need Namira's Ring, anymore. ;D Great mod, 5/5 would reccomend to any and all Skyrim cannibals.

Just a side note...The misnomer that wikipedia isn't reliable stems from the fact that you cannot use a wikipedia article as a reference in a thesis, or other forms of essay or written thingy. Not because the source material is unreliable, but because the text itself isn't written by a referable person, because it's somewhat anonymous.

hey cabroose, just a little hint you might want to do a little research and less cartoons. there are different version s of tale about the wendigo which changes story from one indian tribe to another. and the reason to howl is so they can smell your fear then play cat and mouse then they would attack and eat you sometimes thought they would stash you away for leftovers. Oh and by the way the possum tail isn't really like a wendigo buy I like that one is interchangable keep it lose it don't care just my own personal opinion . and if I wanted to be a butt. I would say the ring of namira already has this function and all you are is cannibal running around eating corpses LAME. the wendigo you are taliking about is the version of the spirit where One of the ways of becoming one is eating human flesh and then you become more susceptible of getting possed by one.

I'm not sure what folk lore you are reading but...possum tails...sorry, think more...Possessed human. Transformations are not literal. Also, please don't confuse this with the Marvel character of the same name, He is a Yeti, not a Wendigo.

Oh and by the way I almost forgot it would be better if you can shapeshift into a wendigo and the wendigo was a foot or two taller than the standard skyrim werewolf, Because the wendigo was said to be 8-15 ft tall, but a wendigo 1-2 ft taller in the game would be more reasonable.

It would be cooler if you can use a werebear ( retextured of course) add ram horns and then some possum looking tale. like some idan tribes said but the wendigo in some culture share some sort of bond with predatory animals and also can shapeshift to and from the wendigo form to a human form. The wendigo also has a howl that frightens everything and sends themfleeing in panic. so you could also use the werewolf howl for one of the beasts race( aka wendigo). that would be cool , not some skinless, demented, and malnurished bambi thing.

that's not what i ment about transformation. i meant like, in the game, would it be possible for you to create a custom meshed monster form based off the wendigo's beast apperance to be used in the game like a werewolf or werebear form?

The wendigo itself is a malevolent spirit that can possess people, it finds it easier to possess people who are dying of starvation that turn to cannibalism to survive. It was meant to scare people and discourage the eating of each other when food was scarce cuz of...watch dances with wolves for taht part...

the "transformation" you speak of happens over a period of time. The wendigo move so fast that their feet become bloodied stumps, because they are so driven by hunger...they are always running, moving, hunting this makes them thin and wirey like marathon peeps, they might become nocturnal which can have an effect on human skin tone also. But a Wendigo at this point, is more beast than man...in roleplay terms if you ever got to that point you would become an NPC and have to re-roll...
