Can't form Prussia as Brandenburg (as it is a separate decision) as it makes the decision disappear.

Sorry I haven't been on EU4 in a while, I'll get to this mod in maybe december? It isn't hard to make anyway.

To keep it updated- I think the new Indian nations may not work with this; can't form Marathas until tech level 20 even with the mod :(

It would be nice if you still needed the tech level requirement however maybe 5 techs lower than the default as to restrict you but only very lightly. so you can't form spain in 1450
