This shows up in a red box rather than the normal green box and none of the addons in red boxes load, i think somebody in steam has been deleting people's content

Explain to me why you need a helipad if the ceiling is so low. If you are reading this please make a high ceiling and remove the blurr from the sun, it is very disturbing.

@shelby The map isn't designed for it. If a person/community wants to do it themselves I would be more then happy to supply the vmf,models, and materials.
