so wait this mod works with Ace, but not Piles Plus and Better Storage? but having one of these two mods essentially causes this mod to break Ace?

Hey, love all your mods, etc. I don't suppose you could make a Multiplayer Mod which adds diplomacy and trading? That would be the most incredible mod around being able to declare war, send resources, etc.

i can't wait untill i can use these with ACE it is going to be awsome i need pirimitve amory i want glass bowing and all the others except harth tech that one dosent work too well with the medievel theam of the base game and the other mods

I know how frustrating it can be...

As for adding it to ACE, it involves a different level of complexity and depth that we didn't want to incorporate into the base game, although some elements of it did make their way into ACE, things like Trapper+ remain better as standalone choices.

Besides, this is SUPER hacky and poorly made. It was some of the first things I made in SH and I was still starting to learn. I plan to, eventually, rewrite the cooling service completely - probably making it a component with a lot more sophistication and capabilities for multiple "transforming" processes, for example instead of just being able to smoke meat, you could either smoke, sun-dry or cure with salt.

Hey Dani! i just have a small question would you be returning to these mods?
i really enjoyed them and having them just be 'broken' or bugged out in heart breaking

I'm still getting the cooling error - this is with the trapper+ mod as I don't have a glassmith although I do have that mod enabled

Because of the "cooling" system. It is responsible for making the fresh hides "dry" into hides over time, the fresh meat into jerky, the rawhide into leather, etc...

That same system is also used by other mods however (Glassworks and other upcoming mods) and as such it requires to be a separate, core mod of its own. Otherwise, each mod would need to have its own service - even though they are the same - and performance would be affected by running several services that are exactly the same but must be ran individually for each mod. Making it a core mod allows me to run the service just once and let it be used by several other mods, improving performance.

There seems to be a problem with your updated mason sprites and the northern alliance(in either your base mod or the glasswork mod). Your stone tall window frames are not recogniced as the basic tall stone window frame the building templates use. Could you please either update your frames into the templates, or reintroduce the old windows again? Had to rebuild several houses, because they couldn´t be finished by the Hearthlings

I never had any crashes, would you mind sharing the crash reports? You can find my e-mail on the readme.md file inside the mod folder :)
I could maybe find what could be causing the crashes on your system!

This mod creates errors which makes my game crash. It is an awesome mod, but use with caution. It has made my game crash around 20-30 times already. This is what happens :

1. Start game
2. Nothing happens
3. Critical error which doesn't even show up
4. Crash
5. Look at crash report and see core_dani errors and glasswork errors
6. Reboot
7. Repeat

It is currently needed to run this mod:

It will also be used by other mods in the future
And it can be used by other modders if they wish.

For now it's "biggest" feature is a new system that allows items to transform into other items depending on where they are. So one could create, for example, an oven mod where you craft doughs and they passively "bake" inside an oven (instead of having a cook bake them manually), among tons of other possibilities!
