word, btw this mod should work even if it is outdated 2.2.0 from 2.2.1 shouldnt have changed much.

late game tech. you need the biggest starbase + power generator and then roll the titan tech. For collosus same thing but you need the tradition unlocks and like 4 of them or something to pick it. Do the reserach and pick your laser you want. then you build the proper shipyard and then you build it. Also you need the armageddon expansion.
