i killed a guard other guard came to me and said "Wait... i know you." while staring at that dead corpse of the other guard while i was holding a knife with sharpness 999 in my hands. Then i commited a man slaughter in dawnstar and got away with a horse that i stole. The knife mod is very dangerous yet very fun

Sounds like an issue with the load order. If you have any other weapons mods, its possible that they are overriding this one. I'm pretty sure there is a way to increase it's priority in-game through the mods menu. Just put it above other mods (it only changes this knife, so shouldn't cause any issues) and that might fix it.

i used the one in the house and still only 2 damage

It's the knife you find in houses, the one that does basically no damage. If it continues to not work, it could be being overwritten by something higher in the mod loader.

1. The other mod is afork,
2. "the one you often find in homes"

You say the basic skyrim knife, do you mean an iron dagger?
