Loaded a test save. Ship upkeep with the mod enabled 1121 minerals, without 1868. The mod is working.

(Remember, Stellaris only calculates the proper cost after one day passed, all the tooltips are wrong when you first load a game.)

It *might* work with NSC, as it only touches the game's global maintenance modifiers. Due to that, it also covers stations etc.

Is this ship maintenance alone, or does it include station maintenance et al?
