your instructions make absolute no sense. where is the VPK? the BIn? then why is it missing from my files? Authoring Tools? Why? Where is the file to drag and drop into vpk?? please fix these instructions

It is a tool to extract the vpk file (voice file) downloaded from this page.

Follow the steam tabs as shown.

Not required if there is another deployment method.

Place it only in the normal file.
The contents of the DLC file will be deleted.

There is only one folder there. But Rochelle has two folders in the normal file and dlc_1 file. How do I place these inside them? I tried different methods but keep getting a "conflicting files" problem.

Use "vpk.exe".

1.Steam → library → toolDownload "Left 4 Dead 2 Authoring Tools"

2. C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Left 4 Dead 2 \ bin
"Vpk.exe" is here

3. Drag and drop the file to "vpk.exe"

Is possible. However, this is just a voice file.
You need to unpack it and replace it with an existing voice file.
