@TheWindWaker That makes a lot more sense, yes. Having an item to drain sanity would just make him too hard to play.

@TheWindWaker That's a lot of sanity loss. Is this character just hardmode? I don't know anything about modding but can you "extract" how Wendi's ghost sister works to base your eva on that?

@Brain Salad I would love to make a model of an EVA that can fight for shinji, but i dont even know where to start with that. I had an idea of modding some earmuffs to make them look like that tape player he always has, and these earmuffs would lower his sanity. Perhaps, after i make this item i will lower his sanity a bit more just give me some time. Thank you.

@TheWindWaker just give him something to make up for it. Have the robot save his ass when a boss spawns, or better give him a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ robot he can pilot but only for 5 minutes, after that he has to recharge it.

@L.Okano I like the idea, in fact i believe he has low sanity already, but you are already starting out with a very low attack level and sanity drainage will make it even harder. In other words, i dont wanna make it too hard by lowering too much but ill consider it.

For this mod to be more alike the anime my sugestion is to give Shinji a constant sanity drain, along with an insanity aura, since people close to Shinji got all depressed by de end of the anime
