Nice long distance bike lanes in the center and the bike lanes narrow and trees and planters remove by tram stations to make room for the actual stations.

Can you do vannila track version of EET roads (Asymmetrical road or one lane two way) ?

Now that I am in need for one, I find it strange that many asset creators have built nice custom tram roads but there is not a single one having road and tram combined side-by-side (e.g. with a platform to separate them). Actually such roads are not uncommon nowadays as trams shall be independent of the road traffic. Sure, I could just line up a road and a track next to each other, but this has quite a few downsides (e.g. not having a zone grid next to a tram track).

Thanks to this collection all the high quality tram tracks are easy to find. I can basically recommend them all. (But you might not need both the vanilla and ETT versions of the same tracks. Make a choice in order to avoid too many entries in your tram track menu.)
