If it interests you any, I'm rigging roland as the demoman right now, and then I'll do the psyho as the scout, then I'll redo mordecai as the sniper

I might be able to do some of the more normal shaped characters later, but right now I'm rigging a model (Which I could really focus some more on), and it's a pretty long and tedious process when bone heat weighting fails.

I have no idea. I'd imagine uninstalling and reinstalling the mod, or maybe just turning it off, starting a game, and then turning it back on should fix it, but I honestly don't know.

Do you mean you have no first person arms at all, or there isn't custom first person arms?
