It is because you have other mods enabled which overwrite them for some reason. Just create them by yourself in the editor. The logos etc. are not affected by this.

I Only See The Remnant Fleet And Frontier Militia in the faction selection screen i dont see ARES Division Or IMC anywhere

I checked in and evrything works fine. The warning in the Launcher is not relevant for this mod as long as there are no huge changes in Factions or Solar Systems. Everything i did right now to get the mod "compatible" in the Stellaris Launcher is changing one number in the descriptor file.

Love this mod. Sadly though, Stellaris has been updated to 2.1.2, and this is now no longer compatible with the current version.

Sending this as a simple heads up.
