Update:
- Added preliminary support for Sandbox
- Added new ttt_timestop_cooldown for sandbox
- Added settings menu to Sandbox Q menu (see Time Stop Settings)
- Added support for freezing NPCs and other entity's animations

If anyone finds any bugs let me know 🫡

Added better support for TTT2. A new status icon will appear for players that time is stopped for (as well as the user of the item). This will help them prepare for when time resumes.

I also added the convars to the TTT2 ULX addon settings menu for easy configuring. Have fun!

I have no problem with this. I mean my version was a modified version of another TTT weapon. Talk about inception. Props are still frozen though, right?
