is manual province development supposted to be disabled? Rome was just hit by a plague and I want to repair the development

Of the PUX mods (Dynamized Development, PUX, PUX Extended Timeline) what does each do? For the Extended Timeline one, do we need to have the normal PUX disabled? How does Dynamized Development fit into this? None of the mods' descriptions really say exactly what's for what.

I know that this mod is new but . . . the RAM usage is outrageous . . .
eu4 w/o add on and with eu4 with extended timeline uses 2GB on year 73
eu4 with add on and with extended timeline uses 5GB ram on year 73 . . .
and its only first 20 years of game (maybe something like 1k units on map ?)
imagine what will gonna happen in 2018 (when there will be over 10k units on map ?)
pls fix those memory leaks . . . the game almost freezes for me (and I have 8GB of RAM and its almost 99% every single secound)

mod overall is quite nice but so much unstable at the same time

Country leadership in the mod ranges from:
"God-like leaders": 9/9/9
"Die please, die, leaders": -1/-1/-1

Besides that, both manual development and development events use food mechanics where the country needs food goods to grow. How you get the food could be through war, for example.

The educate heir event happened too there are tons of 9-1-2, 8-7-7's in my game, and also I am not able to development my prov at all, even a 1-1-1 grassland.

Also since this adds things to the game i have a couple suggestions
1. When germany changes govermant to facist they get a event that gives them the nazi flag and
when china becomes commie (gud) they get the event they get the communist flag
2.A couple more formable nations
ill give you more but i think your a busy man theese are some of my suggestions i understand if you cant well do that good luck

I was just being an idiot actually, I believe it was because I downloaded it from steam workshop online because my EU4 steam workshop isn't downloading properly. I ended up integrating both mods together and they work fine.
