Update:
* Removed the following campaigns because they won't download properly:
1) Death Sentence
2) Day Break (Campaign)

* Also added an improved Steam Workshop Downloader to the server installation guide -details here

* Added "server auto-reboot" section / plugin. So if all players leave the server it reboots and doesn't stay on the custom map.
