Particles are altered in the particle editor amongst the Left 4 Dead 2 Tools program.

Can you help me? I want to know how to change the color of the spit, but seems like there is no actual texture files for them at all, so I would have to edit a text file full of weird random letters and code.

This skin is not meant to be used on custom maps tbh, I won't edit the skin for something like that either.

It's interesting. I like the spit effect a lot; the only thing it could really use on top of what it is already is a dynamic light sm mod like This one for fire [forums.alliedmods.net].

The only oddity i'm seeing is that when I look at the model in the tumtara testing map , and then go spawn one at the special spawning buttons, the "live" one looks like it still has some sort of green light source attached to it from the original spitter.

@Hingle you have to change the hue of every particle class in the particle editor.

How did you make the spitter_pojectile_explode_2 change from default green?

@Chronic I don't plan on making molten surv/weapons or common infected. Too much of the same thing is boring.
