@ Werde Spinner Thank you!
Werde Spinner Feb 21, 2016 @ 7:51pm
I love it! It's definitely among my favorite houses now. Great job!
Mirahael Apr 3, 2015 @ 3:52am
i dont use those mods, but i am using guild starter and i never recruit children
Ticklefeather  [author] Apr 3, 2015 @ 3:22am
@ Terry Crews Weird! But that problem is not due to this mod. Check out the mod you are using for adoptions or moving your family.
Mirahael Apr 1, 2015 @ 2:02pm
lucia FROM HEARTHFIRE IS IN SEVERIN MANOR? WHAT? AND SHE IS STILL UN-ADOPTED, HELP ME!
Ticklefeather  [author] Mar 14, 2015 @ 1:33am
@ s.horwitz2015 No, I'm sorry I won't be adding that feature. I try to avoid changing scripts in my mods to reduce conflicts. BUT I recommend a mod that is available here on the Workshop called "Custom Family Home" that works well and allows you to move your family to any house in the game.
camelpuncher87 Mar 13, 2015 @ 7:08pm
for the next update can you make it an offical playerhome that your wife and kids can move into
Ticklefeather  [author] Sep 30, 2014 @ 1:01am
@ wolfman Thanks so much.
wolfman Sep 29, 2014 @ 3:29pm

AsianGirlLover Jun 25, 2014 @ 9:33am
Oi, liliame, download the unofficial skyrim patch for dragonborn. It fixes the music that plays in the house
liliame33210 Jun 25, 2014 @ 4:57am
thank you for the quick response
I do not know how it works; it seems complicated to create mods.
Again, congratulations for this makeover
Ticklefeather  [author] Jun 25, 2014 @ 2:07am
@ liliame33210 I'm glad you like it. Yes, the background sounds are a bit scary. I can't change them in the mod without changing them for the quest (at least without scripting).
liliame33210 Jun 24, 2014 @ 6:34pm
God job ! I always found this dismal place, it's much nicer now.
It would be great if you could also change the background sound, it really gives a bad mood (or scary)
Sorry for my bad english (google trad ^ ^)
AsianGirlLover Apr 14, 2014 @ 4:51am
Thanks for the quick reply! I'll be downloading this mod, then. Again, beautiful job, Ticklefeather ;D
Ticklefeather  [author] Apr 14, 2014 @ 3:25am
@ AsianGirlLover Nope, I only changed the inside. No changes to the exterior by me.
AsianGirlLover Apr 13, 2014 @ 11:45pm
This makes the house look like a home. Very beautiful job, ticklefeather. Does this also modify the outside as well? I'm asking because I'm hoping for it to be compatable with raven rock expanded.
mycastlecellar Mar 7, 2014 @ 6:14pm
OK; Ticklefeather; You did a great job with this mod, now do the same with Thane's Hall. It's kind of a let down after what you can do here. C'mon big guy; get with it. You can do it.
Ticklefeather  [author] Mar 1, 2014 @ 12:51am
@ Silariel & mycastlecellar Thank you for your nice comments! I'm glad you like it.
mycastlecellar Feb 28, 2014 @ 6:15pm
This is great! It's like leaving and coming back from vacation to find your home richly improved. Thank you. I feel like you decorated my home for me.
Spacey Feb 20, 2014 @ 2:11pm
This is so pretty. :3 Thanks for livening up the manor and still keeping it lore-friendly!
Ticklefeather  [author] Feb 20, 2014 @ 6:12am
@ Storm_at_Sea Thank you!
Storm_at_Sea Feb 20, 2014 @ 5:54am
I think the lighting is fine (finally at the point in my game where I can use this). I do use one lighting mod, mainly for torch/flame but also increases light output from source, it's not bright but I wouldn't want it to be. I call this 'cozy lighting' :) Good mod, thanks.
Storm_at_Sea Feb 12, 2014 @ 7:19am
Glad I found this, everytime I go in this manor, I think about how it needs some help. +/fav. :csgocross: Thanks for the content!
ruggerem Sep 9, 2013 @ 8:35am
and yes, the dining table is perfect!
ruggerem Sep 9, 2013 @ 8:32am
I'm not complaining but I have to agree with most of the comments about lighting..a little too dark; otherwise I like what you've done. If you decide to upgrade this mod think about adding shield mount locations throughout. Also, the entrace (kitchen area also too dark) could use some more kitchen related 'stuff'. Overall I like your mod and will continue to use it..good job.
Ticklefeather  [author] Aug 29, 2013 @ 10:52pm
@ YoYoduh Thanks for the Thumbs up! And you are right, that room only got a bit of lighting and a plant I think. Part of it was due to compatibility with another mod (door location) but also I was at a loss for what to put in there.
YoYoduh Aug 29, 2013 @ 6:22pm
But I do love you and gave a Thumbs up anyway .
YoYoduh Aug 29, 2013 @ 6:20pm
HEY ! Tickle I was wondering if ( and hoping you are ) going to do something to that Huge empty 2nd bedroom area to the left ... I have hated the emptyness of it since the beginning and was almost floored to find You hadn't touched it , its like walking ten foot out of your new Hi- Rise apartment Balcony you just got ...only to find out they never did get around to to building it. 8=P
Nobody Aug 4, 2013 @ 9:15am
Yes, it is too dark. But I think it is the best Severin Manor mod yet! Could you make it a little brighter? Please!
Martarion Jul 19, 2013 @ 8:40am
@Ticklefeather In vanilla Dragonborn the light in the basement was dark enough as it is, and the Severins are like you said, supposed to be wealthy, so I dont think they would want to live in a dungeon.
Ticklefeather  [author] Jul 18, 2013 @ 1:37am
@epicpowner345 Also, are you using any mods that change in-game lighting? The screenshots above are taken from in-game not in the Creation Kit. I didn't use any filters to alter the shots. Should be more than enough light but not so bright it kills the sense of being underground.
Ticklefeather  [author] Jul 18, 2013 @ 1:31am
@epicpowner345 If the area is darker in your game than the screen shots above, then you should adjust your game settings.
Martarion Jul 17, 2013 @ 9:09pm
Uh, why did you lessen the lighting? That was already an issue in vanilla, and now it's about 80% darker. Why?
Ticklefeather  [author] May 13, 2013 @ 3:29am
@ Rajaat Thanks so much!
Rajaat May 13, 2013 @ 3:08am
I'll keep an eye out for it! But really, more about this mod: it really does add a real sense of wealth that indeed felt a little missing. It was already a nice house, but this fits far better. I think my favorite part is the dining table. It's very elegant.
Ticklefeather  [author] May 13, 2013 @ 1:43am
Thanks Rajaat! Actually, I have made a start of an underwater home but didn't like the result. I should make another attempt.
Rajaat May 11, 2013 @ 10:51am
Also lovely. Nice touch ups. Have you ever considered making an Argonian house, by the way? One that fully takes advantage of their racial, with underwater entrances and passageways? I think you could pull it off very, very well.
Static-XXX Apr 14, 2013 @ 5:37pm
It's all good, I'm not worried about the stuff. By map markers, I mean when you click "M" for map and it comes up, all the towns and caves, and everywhere you've been, the marker is gone. They returned when I uninstalled. You're very talented in your mod making and have a great eye for furnishing a home. It might be my system, not your mod. Keep up the good work!
Ticklefeather  [author] Apr 13, 2013 @ 1:52am
@ becher2112 I'm not sure what you mean by losing your map markers.

But yes, if you uninstall without removing your stuff, it will all be gone when you reinstall. That is not a problem with this mod, that will happen with any mod. I'm sorry you lost your stuff though.
Static-XXX Apr 12, 2013 @ 5:39pm
Pretty mod but...... I lost all my map markers and stuff I put in the place. Had to uninstall to get map markers back but stuff is gone.
Koploro Apr 1, 2013 @ 8:05am
Have you ever thought about making a hearthfire edition of this? I've been looking for one but I can't find any except a really buggy Russian one :(
Ticklefeather  [author] Mar 30, 2013 @ 6:28am
Thanks jedidiva72!
Bebechen Mar 30, 2013 @ 5:28am
I love your mod, the manor looks a million times better!
Ticklefeather  [author] Mar 15, 2013 @ 3:56pm
Hey hey! We have enough ratings for stars! Thanks to everyone who has rated.
Peeper Mar 15, 2013 @ 1:46pm
Very kind of you to go to that trouble, thanks so much.
Ticklefeather  [author] Mar 15, 2013 @ 2:06am
@ pelle_torsk
I made some little changes today based on our discussion. Hope you like it.
Peeper Mar 14, 2013 @ 3:30am
Well it works perfectly. Only two things that seem to conflict and they are no biggies. One is that the glowing mushrooms in the planter alcove are hovering in the air and not on the wall, but that looks very cool I think. The other is that the lantern on the floor in the alcove between the dining area and that second bedroom needs to be hopped over. Again, not a problem. I really like the lighting and especially the extra bookcase in the large bedroom, now I can have my collections of historical Norse books in one room.

I do wonder if it would be possible to make the display cases in the large bedroom able to hold weapons or items. Not a problem at all if not but just a suggestion. Otherwise it is a great improvement from the original. Thanks for all your work.
Ticklefeather  [author] Mar 14, 2013 @ 1:01am
@ pelle_torsk
I haven't tested my mod with Nighthunter101's, but from his discription, it might work. You might have to step over a bench or a lamp to get to his door though. If you try it, please let me know if it works.
