Not sure if its already asked but can you make a version off your parkings without handicap spot? Because i have way too much of these spot on my parking lot. Btw these are very well made assets.

I think you really deserve more attention! You made a lot of beautiful, technically well-made, detailed assets!

One recommendation: Maybe add some grunge to your building assets, to make them a bit less monotone. I'm especially talking about your latest bank building. The roof etc.

Yeah it'd be very useful to have a a list of required props to subscribe to.

i do really like that stuff that you have uploaded to the workshop but if i am allowed to recommand something, it would be really kind of you could could make a prop collection. But still thanks for sharing! Great work!
