I have a problem with this mod working. At the start of the game the mod works perfectly, but when I'm already at +300 save the mod stopped working. I can't turn it ON anymore, but when I load an old save it works. I don't know what to do, and I don't want to start the game from the beginning again XD

It treated light armor invisible helmet as leather and heavy as iron, thus some perk can't work while armor rating will always be the same no matter what helmet you should be wearing.
Or only dawnguard armor is like this?

Never mind, after a few times logging into the game the menu eventually showed up to let me set it; and it now works.

Where can i find the "bind custom hotkeys" menu? I can only find the normal controls menu. F1 and F2 do nothing. Yes i have the script extender installed. I am getting no functionality from this mod atm.

The mod works fine. I got scared off because of all the comments saying it didn't work. Then my buddy was like "No... no that's the one, works just fine."

Some people are just too dumb to read the instructions and install the script extender I guess.

normally works perfectly, but i can't toggle the morokei mask, despite the description saying that i can. It says "no helmet equipped" when i try to toggle

Pressing the hotkey causes equiped helm to be classified as a circlet, and weight nothing. It can then be equiped at the same time as any other helmet that remains visible, and upon removing one of the two without first removing both and then re-equiping just one, the stats from both remain active.

I would not recommend using this mod.

Toggling invisibility for my current headgear (an enchanted Daedric Assassin Hood) works, but the game classifies it as an enchantless "Epic" Leather Helmet when I do this. Is there any way to fix this?

Hey, for some reason, this mod has stopped working for saves without this mod before it stopped working, I think it might be a SKSE update or something, sorry if this isn't much of a help.

the original source code was deleted long time ago, i would have to write all over it again. i am sure you can do a workaround btw with the fn laptop key

I can't use any of the F keys cause I have a laptop and they're all bound to stuff like volume control, screen brightness and airplane mode. Can can you change it so the menu button is ; or something like that? I really want to use this mod.

it should, but if you hide the helmet you have to improve and enchance the hidden helmet once

Does the well fitted perk from heavy armor work with this mod? Because for some reason hidden helmet gives me more armor than not hidden one

The mod is over two years old at this point, and the many updates the game has seen since then seems to have rendered this mod non functional. Shame by it is what it is... I have used a mod that does this very same thing through the Nexxus, love the idea of hiding the helmet, really is an awesome mod.

i instaled SkyUI i installed SKSE, i installed, nexus mod manager, i played the game with SKSE and the game acted like it had no mods? whats going on?!? do i have to install differant mods to get the mods or something?

well, the hotkey is saved in your savegame, if you reistall the mod it wont help but if you reload an older save it will
