If you mean does it changes the model for NPCs as well then your answer is in the description. It changes the worldmodel. Which is the 3rd person view model.

enabling c_hands doesn't worth with this model, what happens is that you end up holding it one-handed. The rig wasn't designed for c_hands. You'd need to know how to use blender pretty well to correct the model. Use a modding tool like GAC to decompile the .gmc file. Subscribe to the addon and then find the .gmc file in your addons folder. Copy and paste it to desktop and then decompile it there.

Technically, C_hands works for it, but what will happens is it will be held one-handed due to the broken rig as I mentioned earlier.

No. As you can see, C_hands was a planned feature of this mod, but unfortunately due to the way it's rigged it's impossible to implement c_hands without completely rebuilding the rig from scratch. I'm not a modeler so I don't know how to do that. I tried to fix it years ago in Blender but had no luck.

This mod is no longer receiving updates as I no longer have any interest in Gmod.
If anyone wants to fix it for me, they are allowed to do so.

TBH Idr how these types of mods work in servers. I'm pretty sure servers unmount all your addons and exclusively make you use their set. If you're asking about the model itself. Yeah it's client side, but there is a first and third person model. Anybody with this addon will see it, but because everyone needs the same addons to join the same server I assume it will make everyone download this.
