I really like this mode, but I really don't understand why they are crocodiles when they have a long neck, more of a snake face than a crocodile face, and they are actually called "Sneki" (here and on the species screen)
Maybe I just can't accept it

this was one of the first mods i downloaded when i first got stellaris back in 2018 and it will remain as one of my favorits i also cant wait if they decide to anumate the portraits

Really out of all the degeneracy you find in the species mods this one isn't too bad, it's pretty tame compared to the deamonettes and monster girl ones. Since it actually looks like a species of sapient reptiles.

1. Unsubscibe
2. Delete its files it there are any:
\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\1313303752 (folder itself)
and
\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod\ugc_1313303752.mod
3. Subscribe

It doesn't need an update. A red warning in the launcher is simply a formality and doesn't really mean anything. You can safely ignore it and use this mod without any problems scince it's just a bunch of images.
Yet, there is a small clipping issue in some windows which i'm hoping to fix soon.

I made some changes to fix this for you. Can you help me to test it out on your machine before i update it? Accept my friend request on steam and ill give you a new version and some instructions.

My portraits are incredibly small. I saw the bug earlier in the thread and decided to post a screenshot first thing. I know it's not a mod problem, since I disabled all my mods, rebooted, and encountered the exact same thing. Your Sergal mod works perfectly, if that shines any light on the subject.

i dont think your problem is related to this mod exactly.
Try force spawn your empire with any other vanilla portraits and deactivated mod. Console command "contact" will save your time by revealing all spawned empires.

If this problem will occur again - google it and try to mess with modlist. Good luck with finding what mod causes it!

yea i mean by that Template etc because when i activated to always spawn they don't spawn

there are only portraits, so, if u want to see these as non-player empire you have to create template for it by yourself and toggle it on in your game setup

I could create an empire and add some bells and whistles like custom dialogues, but i don't think it necessary, for it may create problems with compatibility. Also custom empires are forced into every game, which is something that many people don't like (for this very reason im not using a couple of a very good race mods)

so does the Race spawn as Custom or do the player need to spawn with it?
