I'm super curious on running this mod, since i'm subscribing for a lifetime already. My pc went down some weeks ago and I decided to play oldrim in my granma's laptop. Installed as normal and all those mods I've subscribed ages times got downloaded auto. The problem is, I have no idea what's the name of this mod on the list, if it is really there, coz i'm subscribing Arthmoor too, and the mods aren't on my list. :steamsad:

THANK YOU.
Say-DJ Sep 11, 2016 @ 11:10am
sorry for asking but your kind of vague, this mod only removes certain items that are deemed unnesisary but what do you mean by items? do you mean interactables or just stuff like rocks and plants, some tables and lights?

*Runs Ultra*
'59 fps'
"UNACCEPTABLE!!!"
*gets mod, turns graphics to low*
*200 fps*
Aah, much better.

This was super nice of you to make this. I really appriciate it. Changed a few settings to make run a lot better prior to getting this mod, but I've noticed a shorter loading time.

Thank you again, this is a great mod.
Pepino Aug 16, 2016 @ 7:46am
phantom, maybe you should just set your graphics to lower values like medium or even low. cus i dont rly think this mod will help with this since objects that cant move are just part of the world so (almost) dont affect your fps, but hey who am i to tell you this? just a guy with a slow pc. that is all
Stoicist Apr 17, 2016 @ 10:45am
I installed the mod but it still doesnt help my fps, still runs at 10 or 15 fps, please help! D:

That Cute Dragon Jan 2, 2016 @ 7:52pm
This might be cool if my laptop can't run Skyrim (haven't even tested it yet, mostly just been getting all the immersion and gameplay mods I can first without effecting performance).

Good to know someone is looking out for the little guys, though.

@Squirrel1256 Thank you so very much, i'm getting the mod right now.
Gromxagar Jul 12, 2015 @ 7:02pm
thanks!
Squirrel1256  [author] Jul 12, 2015 @ 6:08pm
@Gunchap Red [T][S][F] MR'R It shouldn't, this only affects areas of the vanilla game, which also means any added assets will still be added, such as the weather and extra plants, ect...

@AXL, it should help a bit, this mod is a bit old, but is should give a slight performance boost inside buildings, dungeons, and town areas. It unfortuneately won't help much in the Outdoors sections of Skyrim, but you are welcome to give it a try and see if helps out your game. If you don't get any more frames, you can remove this mod, it won't corrupt your saves. :D:
Gromxagar Jul 11, 2015 @ 6:24pm
i dont run skyrim on low but i want more frames does this help?
Gunchap Red Jun 1, 2015 @ 6:36pm
Will this break Tropical Skyrim?
gato May 27, 2015 @ 3:55pm
This seems to be a good mod, for the mean while, as I'm FINALLY getting a console killer PC in a few months, my current computer is a HP Pavilion G6 laptop, barely can run Minecraft, and runs CS:GO at less than 30 FPS on lowest settings!
MGH May 26, 2015 @ 11:32pm
and do not use Real-time priority... like ever on any process or application as it can break your pc but HIGH is completely safe
MGH May 26, 2015 @ 11:10pm
BTW rule 1 to faster skyrim is allways: while ingame press> Ctrl+alt+delete > open windows task manager > go to processes TAB >right click TESV.exe >set priority to high or at least above normal. this can work on all your games but you need to be running the game.
this should tell our potato's to leave majority of their CPU to skyrim while your playing

YOU WILL NEED TO DO THIS EVERY TIME YOU PLAY MOST LIKELY. well i do
MGH May 26, 2015 @ 11:01pm
was looking forward to this as my fps is normally 15-30 and 25+ in interiors this seemed to do nothing for my fps but im sure it probs does for others. i would recommend searching google for a guide for faster fps but be warned playing around in skyrimprefs and skyrim base files can break your game causing you to haft to redownload and reinstall skyrim but i just followed guide closly and did not do anything that was not recommended and it gave me about 10 more frames at the cost of like distant shadows and other stuff. anyway who needs distant shadows right?!?

Can I make a serious suggestion? With the on going issues with Steam and Mods, could the owner please think about putting this on NEXUS, so people can get it. I know of 2 people now that need this and Steam - Mods are not working.

Thanks for reading this.
Cadet Duck May 6, 2015 @ 4:30pm
thanks dude i'
m a skrub and cant get a gaming PC
scaught Mar 19, 2015 @ 6:34pm
lol nope ma pc is lag free XD
LOPTR Jan 30, 2015 @ 12:12am
I, fortunately, do not need this mod. I run 50+ HUGE mods along with an ENB and still get a constant 60 FPS.

HOWEVER, I was in those shoes once. You know, when I couldn't even run MineCraft with a decent FPS.

This mod will boost your performance enough to make the game playable, if you don't have the required specs for it. Let's say, your base game clocks in at around, 15 or so FPS, without any mods, and settings on low.

With this mod enabled, I'd say it'll push the FPS up to 20 - 25 on low.

So, not that much, but going from 15 to 20 FPS is a big deal. It makes it playable.

Well, not to me, but you get the idea.

10/10 Kudos to the creator of this mod for looking after those with lower specs.

Haven't played yet, but I love the concept. Way to help out us huddled masses! I salute you with my 40 oz of malt liquor good sir!

Jaybe Jan 15, 2015 @ 1:53pm
Not trying to hate but this mod doesn't do anything for me.
DickNipples Jan 4, 2015 @ 10:57pm
Dude you are the man, my mouse lag is nearly 95% better all thanks to you.
BadReligionFan97 Dec 30, 2014 @ 11:17pm
This improved my gaming expierance a lot. My fps is smooth now, only a few lag spikes here and there, but this mod really improved my fps suprisingly a lot, and with the help with some decluttering mods that take away pointless trees and rocks. I do have some rendering issues only after I got this mod. The texture of mountains and certain rocks will not load and render, so it makes it glitchy. I'm basically seeing Morrowind type graphics on the mountains if that makes sense. This only happens when there is fog, but is fixed if I wait until the fog is gone and go into a loading screen, generally into the building I am the closest to. This reloads and renders the mountains texture and returns to normal. Come to think of it, sence this is a decluttering mod, this probaly conflicts with the other ones. A few rendering issues is not an issue now I'm playing at 60 fps finally.

Somehow I doubt you have a super computer. There's like only a thousand in the whole world and most are bigger than most people's houses.

@Adam Davies ;)
adams.mandie Oct 20, 2014 @ 7:33am
@Slowpoke Lol if you want to play as a beggar, just kill a homeless guy, take his clothes, and don't find any gold. All of us are pretty much beggars when we start out--not a penny to our name (unless you're a thief/assassin like my Khajit) :)
Machienzo Oct 13, 2014 @ 2:10am
Just wondering if you could put up a few screens of some differences to be expected from this mod. Would help me in choosing whether or not I want to subscribe to it.
yung rust Oct 8, 2014 @ 4:33pm
Its crashing with the mod
Squirrel1256  [author] Oct 8, 2014 @ 10:12am
@Slowpoke That would be an interesting mod, thanks anyway lol.

@Trys0 I haven't been able to work on this mod for a long time; however, I am planning on putting out some updates in the next few months.

@Jeehawd!!! Thanks man!

@Sensei Piggles is it crashing after you subscribed to this mod, or is Skyrim always crashing for you?
yung rust Oct 7, 2014 @ 5:25pm
I crash every tim eI try to launch Skyrim

This mod made a big difference for me, running an 8-year-old AMD 4200+ dual core with a ATI HD4300 series... (yeah... before they were AMD.) Thanks for the work on our behalf!
Você Não Tem Batatas Oct 5, 2014 @ 1:12pm
when will it be updated next? i love the mod!
aroundthefur79 Sep 20, 2014 @ 2:27am
Awesome!.Haven't used this yet but im def considering it (as my data files grow) love mods like this and wish there was more!!! for me there are certain areas I just can't stand being around cause of massive fps drops but are so beautiful! erg its hard to role play this game when it constantly feels like your character is trying to fight/run and turn his or her way through quick sand (i mean thats how i describe laggy skyrim) quicksand!... and the cistern especially!!!! holy shit if thats not the worst places to be in this game... The greatest thing that helped me is the resolution setting omg that was a life saver 1024x768! a little bit blurry but a world of difference with the right amount of tweaking and MODS LIKE THIS.
n/a Sep 8, 2014 @ 1:22pm
it doesnt make you play as a beggar? aww but oh well great work!
Squirrel1256  [author] Sep 8, 2014 @ 1:54am
@jjb-54 ahh it seems he removed it from the Nexus, I will remove that from the description.
jjb-54 Sep 7, 2014 @ 7:28pm
Skyrim Half Sized Link does not work. Apparently this mod is OFF LINE.
Squirrel1256  [author] Sep 6, 2014 @ 7:46pm
@MusicFlash Those locations are still there, and functional for the quests. I just made the areas able to run better on lower-end computers.
odie Sep 6, 2014 @ 2:24pm

DapperBlues Sep 2, 2014 @ 9:42pm
I don't need it anymore, but it's good to see somebody helping people who don't feel like spending a couple thousand dollars on a gaming rig. Let me know if you're looking for help!
