the shield isn't working

I too have a missing shield like Doomshark; have the uploaded files been possibly corrupted?

for some reason the sheild is not showing up for me, is anybody else having this issue?

XD I couldnt figure out why it wasnt working... it wasnt checked in the Data Files and it wasnt installed...

Does anyone else have this problem? i have the mod installed properly (or so i think) and all thats comming up with is the Nordic Weapons... the Runed Nordic Weapons are not showing up in my list. I got to LVL 100 Smithing and got every smithing perk but still no Runed Nordic Weapons. Can someone tell me what i am doing wrong?

I know this mod is probably closed, but out of curiousity, could the weapon Horkersbane, a Steel Mace been given the rune glow, too? I have Skyforged Steel weapons glow mod on, and it doesn't extend to normal steel items.

Hey, didn't see it outright in perk tree but once I lvled up to advanced armors it popped up in my crafting que. Once again, gorgeous mod, thank you for your help and your aweome work.

@XenRen, Did you check your character's blacksmithing perks? Its been a while but I believe it's through one of the blacksmithing perks that unlocks the Nordic Weapons.

Hello, beautiful mod (actually was the push for me to get Dragonborn DLC) but upon restarting game after I was not able to craft these. There wasn't a Nordic section at the forge. Do you need to be a specific forge, find a teacher etc. ? I might try it via Nexus to see if that works. (truly beautiful mod, hopefully I can get it to work.)

The Runed shield isnt showing up, I can craft it but its invisible.

I currently see no equiped shield on my character's left hand when equipping runed shield...but it is there just invisible??

why is there an option to make runed shield when it doesnt work? are you by any chance making a runed nordic armor? :)

Oh right... mixed the dragonborn dlc with dawnguard. sry my bad.

...The mod won't work without the dragonborn dlc and you will crash to desktop it you don't have it.

@Novoc - Do you have the dragonborn dlc? because the game won't work without it.

I can't have this mod active cus of the game crashing when i do.. shame.. really looked forward to this mod :/

@Gandalf the Digital - hmm, i'll have to see if I get that error, otherwise try adding one to your inventory via the consol commands and see if it comes out the same way.

love this mod it makes me happy XD but i found making the shield a rune shield causes it to go invisible iv reloaded the mod an still dose it just letting you know if u can fix it

@killing in the name of! - Unfortunatly I will not because it uses weapon assets from the Dragonborn DLC and I'd rather play it safe and not risk breaking the TOA, plus it will be unfair to those whom purchased the Dragonborn DLC.

can you get thsi version without the dragornborn DLC?

@DirtFactor12 - I'll repack and re-upload the files to see if that fixes it, and remember you need to have Dragonborn in order for this mod to work.

@Cmzpowrrangr - there is a Runed version of the Nordic Bow in the weapons. In addition it is shown in the screen shots. (Unless your referring to the first Bow you get in game or Impiral bow?). For enchanting it could work for most weapons exept the bow because it has the Sprint Shout on it. The enchants could have a specific chance to proc like normal enchants.

@flyons_gary - there is a link to Runed Nord Hero weapons in the description of which the mod was inspired off of.

is it possible to make a version for nord hero weapons, would make sense taht a hero would have their story carved ,maybe if you did something worthy you could get your own runed item.

oh and i like the idea of it. and could you make it where it actually charges your weapon every 24 hours ingame?

@Dacrima Lues - the files i'm using I just re-uploaded and it works fine for me on both genders and custom races.

@Srowla if your using steam for mods simply hit the subscribe button and next time you open the Skyrim launcher steam will check for updates of each mod and download each one if there is an update. If using the Nexus I highly suggest using the Nexus Mod Manager.
