(as I didn't notice they said (dot) before you told me lol) and ill use the mega file as well as your extension object since the extension doesn't cover the choice options which are encounters 174-189, but the rest will help loads and I can just use the file for everything that isn't included in the cube extension. @JetFire I just checked the links and they all seem to be working fine. In order to stop steam from deleting the links (they seem to not like anything linking to a file upload service), I have to conceal them from the automatic link checker.
You just have to copy the link into a web browser (not in-game) and replace each " (dot) " with an actual " . " character to create a valid URL.

I wouldn't recommend actually loading the PDF in-game because it's very large and will most likely lag the game a lot. It's quite inconvenient having to alt-tab to a PDF all the time, so I've also made an in-game encounter paragraph lookup tool, which you can find here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2126496666

I found a pretty good copy of the book of tales and split it into 3 books (not the OCR version that has issues with edges). They are a bit large but I bagged them so they could be loaded after the initial start.

Unfortunately we had issue with one of the player's pieces exploding and falling through the table.

Does anyone know why this happened?

@Shadowdragon : fixed the issue, it was a dead link I had cached, clearing my cache helped me find the dead link. Updated it with a locally sourced file so the error should be gone now.

@Shadowdragon, I've seen that Asur had this issue as well but I've not encountered it. It may be one of CHRY's assets. These are either the card bases, or the dice. It might be due to regional blocking kind of like how imgur doesn't work for some people. I'll investigate this tomorrow.

page 86 can be salvaged by opening up the pdf in photoshop and scaling the text layer.
pages 100+ have some pretty bad scanning artefacts (i assume after scanning over 100 pages, the person was getting pretty tired and sloppy) which unfortunately cannot be easily salvaged. You can sometimes make out what the text says by context clues and the vague shapes of the letters, but some text is completely unreadable.
Ideally, i'd like to remake all the encounter text but that would be a massive undertaking since there are 283 pages and 2,418 individual encounters.

if anyone has a better quality scan of the book of tales feel free to add me, I'd love to provide a better quality scan and improve my own encounter tool.

Hey @Red_Alekto, I've updated the mod by removing the marker script from the player pieces that broke during the TTS update. That should prevent the issue from happening. It does remove the effect, but I'd rather be without it than have the entire board explode.

Well, after the new update there appear to be a few problems with the game... Like whenever I place one of the figures on the board, it shoots into the air and other items/figures/cards get scattered all about... I hope this can be fixed

I would like to change color of cards or write something on them but it doesn't work. How do I do this? Is there something I need to unlock first?

5 diffuse images for the fate dice are missing.

The book of tales can be found online but I cannot aid in this. But I'd suggest to pickup a copy from Zman games to support the game makers. The Book of tales is a massive tome of 400+ pages.

The board, the chips and cards come from Brainfood and Shokuno, of whom I asked permision to post. This isn't a direct replication of their mod as I've altered some of the decks as well as changed the arrangement of the board pieces. There's custom tokens as well, you can see their mods as I've linked them in the accreditation. If you've seen it before I've been running it lately so perhaps it was my game you joined.

This is a reupload though, right? I've definitely seen this mod somewhere before.
I've also not been able to find a digital version of the Book of Tales. Are you sure it's still available anywhere?

This looks very well done. This game has been on my list for a long time, it just somehow never makes it to table. Thank you for putting the work into it!
