event 51 for apiculture is set to change the trade good to munitions. Pretty sure this is a typo

I have the same problem of Nathe235, it says it worked but when I look at the province nothing changed. The syntax seems correct "event tradegood.92 1937" and the normal goods are working well.

Not sure, I haven't been following development of the game in a while so it could be they added it to the base game at a later date.

Just copy the mod contents into anbennar mod, the whole folder. no need to do anything more complicated than that.

With the Anbennar issue myself and others have been facing, a fix that can be done on the users end would be to copy files from this mod into your own mod, then in a text editor deleting all tradegood events for other mods that wouldn't apply to Anbennar or base game.

(i know you mentioned doing this but i figured i would put a link for how it works). alternatively, if you wanted to be very extra, you could just do some save-file editing.

the ids for the anbennar trade goods are self-explanatory. just their name. a lot less convenient than the commands but assumedly that will be fixed soon.

@jensonkiin are you using one of the developer builds on the bitbucket? they may have messed with it somehow. you could submit a bug report asking if they knowingly changed some internal ID for mithril somewhere.

@xinybraver2006 51, 52. and 53 are in the wrong order because TGE and the conversion mods using it changed the id's somewhat recently, just mess around and try to figure out which corresponds to which. They're still in the list somewhere i believe.

Using the mod in anbennar seems to be broken for me as well, same no event string problem. Copying the mod contents into the anbennar folder works fine though, so if anyone has issues, just do that. It takes like 5 minutes. Idk the root cause of the problem, since this mod works fine with VU and Imperium Universalis. Mithril is still broken apparently, its probably because an update in anbennar changed mithril somehow.

What's more some trade goods in trade goods expansion can not be found, for instance, cigar.

Thanks, I'll try that. In the mean time I've found an annoying if effective workaround that involves creating a run.txt file in the Anbennar workshop directory and then executing it in-game. But this solution does require said file to be edited manually each time a new province and/or resource is chosen.

@Depressochino and @Jensonkiin It seems you are having a similair issue but with a different code while the other code works for the other person. So this is indeed an issue on your end and not the end of the mod. Try deleting the files from the mods folder and/or redownloading it.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong (using Anbennar) - Mod is installed but when I type the command it just comes back with "no event found for search string tradegood.304".

Anybody else having this problem?

i have a question all the tradegood events seem to work fine in anbennar except for the mithril one, is this just a fault on my end or is it something that others also have experienced?

Grateful ty for updating. I did notice that the new tradegood expanded events give a missing localization error when used (but still work), so very minor. The example I was looking at was english for sea turtles

@ESFJ as Legion said, due to the nature of this mod you cannot make it ironman compatible. Ironman only allows for visual changes

@burndjfie While this works for normal tradegoods it does not work with Anbennar's goods. The event pops up but just says missing localization even when I put the localization file in Anbennar's file.

it works fine for most items, just missing code for Ebony and the code for apiculture/honey tradegood.51 gives ammunition instead. Anyone has the code for ebony?

Works perfectly for the most part even in 1.34.4. A couple of the trade good extended goods crash the game if you give them to a province in Victoria Universalis because they have a custom version of TGE so save before doing it if you're using VU.

This mod apparently seems to have stopped working, at least the targetet mode. It can still change random provinces to a desired tradegood but there seems to be now way to target a single province right now.

I found a way while browsing other comments.
If it doesn't work in Anbennar mode, you can move the mod's event file to Anbennar mode's event file.
I would appreciate it if you could add something like this to the description of the mod so that someone like me doesn't happen.

Can anybody please assist.... can still not change tradegood above code tradegood 30 (Coal). When try code above 30 then no event found for search string tradegood.

Comrade... Is working for you... Still when I try to use the code... like event tradegood.60 1759 (should be horses in Potsdam) but it comes with no event found for search string tradegood 60.
This mod and trade goods expanded are installed......Please assist or help to fix this problem...

Still i can not get any goods in the expand section by code...feks. event tradegood.60 1759.
Still no event found for search string tradegood 60. The mod trade goods expanded is install.
Please assist... what I am doing wrong... since it is working fine for you.

Sorry for the lack of response. I work every day so don't have a lot of free time and when I do I have other commitments as well. I did check this version in my own vanilla game the other week and it worked fine.

Those are for a mod called "Trade Goods Expanded" you'll need to have that mod installed, it could be that they updated the mod and changed some codes or removed certain goods causing those not to work.

You will need to add the province you wish to change as well or it will pick a random province. If that isn’t the issue then I’ll need logs or screenshots in order to determine the issue.
