If the mod shuts off while wearing the enchantment, will it bugout the destruction tree? Other mods of this boost tend to do that. This would be really useful in Legendary difficulty though. More convenient that having to keep swithing out the Solstheim DP masks.

Sorry I haven't answered you guys. Haven't really touched Skyrim in ages. Anyways here are some late replies:

jackthewiz, I'd have to look at how that other mod was made and it might not even be possible without changing that mod, which I'm guessing is the case. I don't really have the time or energy to look at it right now as it's probably not doable. Sorry.

Dan Comyn, you're going to have to check that for yourself if you haven't already I'm afraid. This would be easy for me to check so maybe I'll take the time to expand the description with such info if more people would like it.

molagbal, my guess would be that there is in fact another mod this is not compatible with. Try disabling all other mods and then see what happens. You could then turn your other mods on one by one in order to find the culprit, that is if that is the case.

I don't know why but everytime I want to take this enchanting upon a item Skyrim crashes. I don't have any other mod changing the destruction magic/perks or anything...
Help would be nice if possible...
I really wanna use this mod :)

Hey, with master enchanter, what would the % additional damage be?
jackgeiwitz Apr 28, 2013 @ 11:43am
i have no idea bout modding but if you could look into it it would be much appreciated
Chronomaly  [author] Apr 28, 2013 @ 10:59am
@jackheiwitz
I'd have to look into that mod to see why it isnt working as I'm guessing it's not retrieving it's damage numbers from the default setting.
jackgeiwitz Apr 24, 2013 @ 2:13pm
um i found a bug/have a concern im running the forbidden magic spell packs and this has no effect whatsoever on the spells could you look into this please this is a great mod and so is forbidden magic and they would be even better if both coincided together

Id like to add that if you use apocolypse spell pack then the ring of minor mayhem can also be found at the lady stone vendor. Not sure if this is intended or not

I also found this mod works fine even with multiple items enchanted with the % enchant. I wasnt sure though because I had no real way to measure it but I put on 4 pieces of armor with +% destruction dmg and if it was bugged I would of thought my destruction spells would do a crapton of dmg which they didnt.

So great job Walking!! This mod is awesome for mages

After more testing the problem seem to be isolated to the restoration mod after all. It seems I effed up the restoration mod so that it increases all enchants effectiveness. Just in case I'm uploading the latest version of this mod (made some minor changes).

So,
THIS MOD SHOULD BE WORKING FINE.

I'm going back to see what can be done about the restoration mod.

Had hopes to fix this after finding the Zahkriisos mask which improves fire spell damage a specified amount.
Unfortunately they are using a script which adds a hidden perk for this ability. Thus it would be impossible to make it that way while retaining a dynamic boost. In other words; you would have to stick with a specified amount no matter enchanting skill or gem used as the perk can't change dynamically based on enchanting skill and enchanting perks etc.
I'm still looking into this though.
The restoration mod will be a second priority.

yea i really hope the bug can be fixed. This type of enchant shoul dof been in vanilla. I cant believe its taken this long for someone to make this mod but I really appreciate your work. Ill keep checking here for an update.

Nice thank you for taking up the task of making the restoration enchant. :) Oh so it stacks for some reason? Would it be possible to follow the code of a normal enchant on how it stacks and impliment that into your enchant or is that not possible or time consuming? I'll probably just use both on 1 ring so that way I don't feel like I am cheating until the bug can be fixed. I am sure that there has to be a way to fix it in the coding, maybe, something *crosses fingures*.

Good news and bad.
THe good news is that I threw together an enchant for restoration http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=130735908&searchtext= < there.
The bad is I found a bug which is now listed in the description of both the mods.
welly321 Mar 3, 2013 @ 8:33pm
Hi can you please make one for restoration. I cant believe no one has made this mod until now. So useful!
{BG} Revik Mar 3, 2013 @ 5:37pm
Awesome so glad someone else thought about doing this. So many things that can be in the game for enchants that aren't in here. You should think about doing one for Restoration

@Button...

oh duh, i re-read it and get what you mean now..
Chronomaly  [author] Feb 25, 2013 @ 1:01am
@wretch71 You buy the ring and disenchant it to learn the "Destruction Damage" enchant. You can then enchant your gear with it as you would any other enchant.
wretch71 Feb 24, 2013 @ 4:29pm
greetings,

I may be missing something, but how can a "disenchantable ring" be used to enchant helmets, gloves, etc,.

either way, sounds like something to try out with the Apocalypse mod.
