At least you're able to play. On my end, I can't have this mod in my activated list otherwise Skyrim will CTD upon start. Won't even get to the title screen. Idk how to fix this, and I put a lot of time into this mod. Albeit years ago, but regardless it sucks ass.

Some mods that are 100% vanilla have simply stopped working. I've been unable to locate the problem sadly

I'm aware of the crashing state. Which is why I have included proper instructions in the description. If you follow the instructions and it still crashes, it's either not this mods fault or another mod is conflicting with it.

@Shogunst-NL: I don't understand what you mean...

Yes. Do you have Hearthfire?
If your answer is yes, then make sure your load order is correct. Make sure it's Hearthfire first, then Breezehome Basement, THEN the patch. Otherwise entering Breezehome becomes impossible.
If your answer is no, then you cannot have this mod because I added Hearthfire ingredients and smithing materials. The game will not recognize this, and it will freak out and CTD upon starting.
You may also have a mod that conflicts with mine. Make sure you do not.

so unfortunately this mod and its companion seems to cause my skyrim to close out, I can't even get past the bethesda loading screen with this installed. Any ideas?

In order for me to have made this mod available to all the people who have Hearthfire, I had to no choice (due to the stupid navmesh) but to make it compatible. Making it compatible makes it incompatible unless* you have Hearthfire. Go buy Hearthfire DLC for $4.99 and on top of being able to adopt and all that cool stuff you'll be able to have my mod :P
