Ok, but in this case i prefer use the gloves with the normal characters, but thanks for the suggestion.

custom character is not compatible, because they use your own arms causing conflict. I suggest if you want custom character and this arms, open the character addon file and remove the folder models/v_models and convert the new archive to vpk file.
