i use heavy armor, almost completed the game fully, heavy armor level is almost 40...
@Lieutenant Prick: You can't refund perk points without script extenders. Best practise would be to type in console without brackets: (help adventurer) then look for PERK record with (code) and then type: (player.removeperk code). Now you removed perk and you will have to manually add it somewhere else. So use (help "perk name") to find ID of perk you want to add and use: (player.addperk code) to add that perk. When there are multi ranked perks it is not always sorted by rank might be bit tricky to find correct rank so its best to invest in single perks this way.
That is possibly the worst sound you can hear as a warrior or thief (Do you have -any- idea how hard it is to find daggers in a dark ass cave while being murdered by a draugr murderboss deathlord of spine-pulling? And if there happens to be pools of water nearby you're screwed...) type character. And yes you can get it, but it starts losing it's usefulness after mid-game because it's level capped at 10/20/30 depending how many words you use, unfortunately. >.>
I even didn't know that u can get disarmed so far >.>
Oh well. I guess no need to change then :P
Unless u think the perk is too weak.
U already tested it so i'll leave this up to you.
50% change to resist stagger sounds nice though. :p
Now we need to get rid of fist of steel >.>' worst perk ever
However, after some more research i found this
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=6765
Tower of strenght seems to be broken, yes.
This "Fix" isn't working actually but someone is working
on it regarding to the comments but i guess this will conflict with you're mod
because it changes the perk? Not really sure.
If so it would be awesome if u could implent this in ure mod later
when it's done (: I'll watch it and let u know if ure intrested in doing so.
And i like the idea of swtitching the 2 perks by Rasmus_ep (:
However 70 Skill Requirement and cushioned requirement should stay
because it fits the role very well as requirement it sounds realistic and
because conditioning is a very strong skill because it removes the most important disadvantage of heavy armor if u ask me. Keep up the awesome work :P
First off, some very nice perk overhauls you are making, thumbs up for that :)
My only request is with regard to heavy armor and the fists of steel perk, the one which transforms armor into unarmed damage. Personally I never brawl and thus have little use for this perk, but due to the later perks I have to have it. Seeing the way you set up the "new" perk tree would it be possible to maybe swap the positions of fists of steel and reactive plating? I feel reactive plating would be more universally desired/usefull wheres fists of steel seems more for those who enjoy unarmed brawling. Thus swapping their positions in the tree around seems intuitive, at least to me.
At any rate keep up the awesome work :)
I really dislike it if games are unfinished relased. Seriously,
this deflect arrows bug is totally game breaking and such stuff
just ruin it for me. I don't get it how games can be relased is such a way,
they could fix this stuff at last but i guess bethesa isn't intrested?
However. Awesome work! Hope u keep it up.
I totally like the improvements u've made without breaking anything balance wise.
One more thing: I've just noticed that the heavy armor skill tower of strenght seems not to work. It doesn't have any impact on the stagger effect.
http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Heavy_Armor / They say so in the Bug's section.
Maybe u can check it and solve the problem and implent it in ure mod
Would be great. (:
Anyway, I think you should get your hands on modding tools and start learning how to change the game to your liking. You are full of ideas I can tell and that is the most important aspect when trying to create something unique.
Damage like in the Heavy Armor Tree mostly for brawling thoughts and for my Kajiit
Love :)
Mod Thoughts - Is Amazing Have been thinking about this all freaking day! Amazing
Retooling Two thumbs up and more from me :)
P.S. If the Muffle effect on the Bow is impossible a decient back up would be more bash
damage from Bow Punching...
P.P.S I had this all in one post but it seems it was way too long am seriously not trying to over spam your comment section sorry :(
