@Raiser I wouldn't put them in the riverwood trader, most likely the leveled lists, maybe Farengar, and Phineas Gestor (conjuration trainer) in Winterhold.
The Trader having a few books on hand due to basic trading matters I can understand. A complete selection of (potentially high-level) spell tomes geared toward ripping weapons from the hands of Daedra and pulling them partially into the physical realm is just excessive.
