Perchance you could make them a craftable set, in the steel perk along the lines of the bonemold armor, in both light and heavy varients? I personly like the fact that the helmet, made of a solid plate of material, was heavy armor, but cannot, and lack the skill and gear to make a mod for it. Plus a craftable set coupled with one of the enchanting mods would make the base enchantment null and void.

Yes, I can see that was your intention. But magicka regen would still be more useful, since it makes for easier armored mage gameplay.

i wasnt made for the npcs more or less for the player since the player shouts thought that woulda been obvious

I think it should stay with the magicka regen enchantment, giving them a niche for magic users in light armor. Besides, how would a shout cooldown reducer help the cultists? They don't shout. Change the enchantment back, and I will subscribe.

Also, the robes should change name to Cultist Armor, since all other robes are clothing without armor ratings.
