@Onions, yes you're right, that was a mod, some think Bethesda originally intended on there being two outcomes to the questline but I doubt that, I always figured that Miraak was going to be killed regardless, think about it, he wants to turn on Mora and leave Oblivion so he can take over the world, turning on a Daedric Prince in they're own realm, not a good idea, and even if the Dragonborn (you) wanted to side with Miraak, you forget one small detail - Miraak wants to kill the Dragonborn and absorb his soul, so no the Miraak follower thing isn't exactly lore friendly

People wanting Miraak's actual voice, firstly, I don't recall any of his dialogue being follower friendly, secondly, good luck getting your hands on his voice files to begin with

@Arkrend You can have him as a follower in the vanilla game but in order to you have to use the bendwill shout on him a bunch, then you can have him as a follower when it's done
