but yes, its a very common style house here (pittsburgh area) and one that isn't uncommon to see a large ammount of them in a given area, wouldnt mind a large ammount of them growing side by side

Gangways - that's neat given how I understand the term. Give me a few days to work on it. But I might have to - you know - go to the beach a few times, so be patient.
Saplaiceen Aug 10, 2018 @ 8:52pm
nah there's usually enough room to walk between them, called gangways usually, though some like i said will be duplex/semi detached and mirrored

I have three images. This type of housing is not exactly common where I am - but I can see how they'd be useful in some circumstances in-game, and I can see why they were built the way they were.

Only question I have is on scale. Are these tight to the footprint? Like, should they touch each other side by side? They don't appear to in the shots. Would you see an oil tank or something like that between them?

Other than that - keep an eye out, I'll post something when it's done. :D

this is a fairly common style house here, it'd fit in a 1x4 or 1x3, you often see a bunch of them next to each other

Do you have an image? I just took a week off from work - so I'll have time to do one or two assets.

hello again! theres a type of house found around where i live on the east coast, but idk if theyre common up where youre at, it'd be great for a 1x4 or 1x3 lot,

Okay cool. Thanks for the heads up :-)

@ BonBonB - Fine job on the detailing there. Just as an FYI, this is just a level 1 asset. It's the second 3x4 footprint in the level 1 category I've done for the collection. Perhaps I should make that a bit clearer in the workshop title. Thanks for the plug!

220hertz  [author] Jan 6, 2018 @ 9:24pm
@Ananse - Thanks for stopping by, but - I've never been out west and I wouldn't be able to do a proper job of it. Maybe look up someone who's from Oregon or Vancouver or California. Me, I'm not a west coast person.
Ananse Jan 6, 2018 @ 2:16pm

@IDK, I don't think I'll put it up as a 2x4 - but I have created a 2x4 asset you can use locally. I didn't do anything other than change the footprint size in the asset editor. Here [drive.google.com] it is. Just drop it in your cities_skylines/addons/assets directory and enable in your content manager as usual.

@IDK I'm a little torn on doing that. It'd be asking people to download the same thing twice. The building does fit the 2x4 footprint, it was originally intended to be a 2x4.

I have to do an update to this house sometime today. I may put it up again as a 2x4 just for the sake of colour.

@BrowncoatTrekky The storm wasn't actually that bad where I was. I didn't even lose power. Cape Breton on the other hand got thundersnow.

Continued success with Confed. Let's hope these 3D Models are not what will remain standing from the East Coast. Be safe out there.

Could you possible do a 2x4 version, It would look even better closer together.
