sorry but, this is a poor design. The delay is stupid (I know there is another version), duel casting sucks, and it makes sounds that it should not. Anyone reading this, I do have a much better version of this same thing on my account.

i would wish some 1 would make the tentacle spray from miraaks staff into a spell tome so i could keep casting it without having to recharge that damn staff... some 1 plz hear my prayer!

When the tentacles disapear after the 5 seconds it leaves behind sludge. will this sludge disapear over time or are the effects permanent?

You can find the spell on one of the tables in Neloth's house (Tel Mithryn), or in random places in the Apocrypha. Alternativly, using console commands to add the spell works too.

help "spawn tentacles"
player.addspell xxxxxxx

where the x's is the spell's id that comes up when you use help "spawn tentacles".

Do you have Miraak's Robe equiped? That has a tentacle explosion on contact effect. (It's from vanilla dragonborn, so it wouldn't be this mod doing it in that case)
