Can someone make Doctor Who SNPCs? (SNPCs are npc that have custom attacks. [Combine and Citizens are NPCs] {Antlions, Zombies, Striders, etc. are SNPCs})

It's just a prop for me as well. It's probably because it has the same name as the prop.

Huh. I thought that was just a cyberman prop. Oh well. Anyways, the creator of this model gave it to me a long time ago and told me i could upload it to the workshop. So i did.
